Now before I start this off, I just have to say that I love sluts!  This is not a **bleep** shaming thread! However, I want my avitar to look more like a buisness woman.  But everything I find is so revealing!  Even outfits that say they're for office or professional looks show mountains of clevage and my hips/belly.

I have found some really cute clothes, but they all ride low and tight! Is there a way to fix this?  Does anyone know of any clothes or shops that may be what I'm looking for?

Side note, I'm a cruvy woman with a huge butt, so I'm not sure if that's important when making reccomandations on who to shop from.

I suggest shifting shopping habits.

Try stores like coldlogic, and um... hmmm...

Well go there, and it will get you started. Ask people there where they bought stuff that you don't see for sale there.

If you like African fashions Artizana is also good.

Sakide is another I frequent - its about 50/50 normal casual wear and more revealing - so if the item on main promotion when you go is a bit revealing, look deeper into the store first.

HUCCI is similar, on the same sim as Trompe Loeil (a mesh furniture and buildings shop).

Oh and, adopt yourself to one of the 'standard sizes' of mesh. If you have a big posterior try out S or M. XS is about a normal person, on an avatar under 6'. ABove 6', body stretching makes that different. The sizes though refer to fat and curve, not height. If you can fit yourself into their shape dials for these settings:

Women:
Body Fat
Torso Muscle
Breast Size
Love Handles
Belly Size
Leg Muscle
Butt Size
Saddle Bags

You will be able to find a lot more 'normal' clothing.

(See: http://catnapkitty.wordpress.com/2012/07/01/mesh-clothes-dont-care-if-youre-tall-or-short-thick-or-thin-they-care-about-stretch/ for an explaination of how the sizes work.)

The clothes you have sound like they are system clothes.  These are painted on your avatar so will always look skin tight.  It sounds like you will be much happier with mesh clothing.  Mesh clothing is worn on top of your avatar and has thickness.  It can be tight fitting but not as tight fitting as system clothes.  It can also be extremely loose and everything in between.

there's quite a few places selling robes/gowns for Gorean Free Women. Maybe the often semi-medieval look isn't for you, but they definitely aren't revealing :)

For F's Sake are good, and Vigo creations. Or look at Creative Chaos (but cheaper usually).

Would give more places (including some more modern ones) but not in world right now and no access to my list of landmarks.

She has curvy option in each size and the skirt colors are on a hud so easy to change the color.

Personally I can't stand it when merchants put a color / texture HUD on an item. It means I'm going to be carrying around script usage that I don't need most of the time I'm carrying it.

Just give me a huge fatpack with all the options as UNSCRIPTED individual items.

- Has an additional benefit of letting me match them off into outfits easier.

A general trend in SL is that the mesh clothes tend to be a lot less trampy. There is plenty of trampy mesh wear - but in mesh normal clothing dominates. In body-paint, tramp wear dominates.
