I recall seeing that kitchen (minus the decor) on sale a year or more ago, but didn't buy it or mention it in this thread because I found the LODs were poor/it was LI-heavy. And the display model was too large with no indication that it would be re-sizeable. But if you have the opportunity to see Kylie's set you may disagree with any or all of that!

KraftWork: I don't know if these wardrobes have been sized down for display, but as shown they are 7 LI (including the dress). $50 per woodtone, with 3 color options for the dress.

RatzCatz is new to me, but I took a chance on these banana leaf items ($50 for the set, 1 LI each). They are large with good LODs, and the wall light is texture-change.

I think this TV wall from Erfe is a really good deal - only 7 LI (excellent LODs) $75 and would look great in a Newbrooke. Other items, like the 5 LI sofa and 1 LI chair for $75 each are also worth a look. $95 items - a large wardrobe/closet, a bed, a sideboard/rug/decor set, are higher LI.

Thanks - the washing machine/sink unit and strip light are from Kazza, and when linked are only 4 LI (though I lost whatever sink animations there were... but the light still works). The toilet was included as well. I don't know how much the set costs now. The shower unit is from LouChara (Selsey shower) and is 7 LI. (I think I got it during a weekend sale around the time when the Newbrookes were first released.) The bath tub is only 2 LI and is from Taikou. (It was huge and I resized it down quite a bit so I don't remember if it was 2 LI when unpacked.)

My Sakura Shion continued: the TV room, kitchen, yoga room (with demo by a more flexible alt), and my favorite spot - the courtyard/atrium.

I've finally been able to sort through the far too many photos I've taken of my Sakura Shion. I really am in love with this place, not least because of the sound environment created by the moles (and supplemented by the 'singing bowls' I picked up in a sale and the distant rumble of thunder that is occasionally heard from a neighboring parcel). Some more critters from TLC at The Outlet - as rezzed, the entire scene is 20 LI, but I expect the animated owl and mice are only 1 LI each. $175.

This 2 LI panda lamp is on sale at Muniick for $25 (comes with 1 LI side table). The stated LODs are terrible, but it looks OK to me at a distance using LOD2.
