The all-in-one Home Furnishings Topic!

I don't think I've seen this item at Black.Sand previously. The lounger is 12 LI with good LODs and some nice texture options. PG/A $60. (You're supposed to get a 17% discount on that if you wear a group tag, but that didn't work for me.) -

If you're a fan of boucle-textured furniture, be sure to check out North Oak this weekend. The sofa is 7 LI, the chair is 3 LI and they're $50 each. (Other neutral shades are available for $100 each or $299 for the chair or sofa fatpack.) -

Something a bit different from Nomad: these "Neon wall partitions" are 3 LI per panel. You can buy them in a regular metal or rusted metal finish, and the light colors move up the tubes. $50 per finish. -

Lots on sale this weekend at Circa. The 4 LI sofa bench is simple but elegant. No texture-change. Singles and couples PG. $75. The 4 LI sidetable with linked plant and diffuser is $65. The 8 LI sideboard (drawers open when touched) includes the linked plant, radio and single book, $75. (also included with this is a non-working "cat clock"). The (animated) fishbowl bookends with books are sold separately for $75 - cute, but 11 LI. There's also a set of 5 1 LI rugs for $75 and some hanging ceiling lights for $65. -

Thankfully, nothing tremendously expensive, but everything has 'fallen apart' in the last 48 hours - a leaking washing machine, a doorknob falling off the door and breaking (bye-bye matching doorknobs), the drain cover in the bathroom sink has broken, and the last straw - thanks to a couple of overfed squirrels and heavy rain, a large section of the guttering along our roof is hanging at a non-functional angle. (Forecast for the next week: rain, rain and more rain ) But, my headache has been banished for the time being, and I'm ready to get 'back to work'! -

You're welcome, but I'm not so sure this weekend will be very consistent - our very real house appears to be falling apart at the moment! -

Looking for some chinoiserie? These richly-decorated pieces are on sale at Bricolage. The chair is 7 LI; unusual for this maker, it has no texture change options. PG or A - $75. The table and bowl are 1 LI each, $75 for both. The framed artwork - 1 LI each - $75 for the pair. -
I've recently downgraded one (Stilt) account, and have abandoned the (Log) house for another, giving me until the end of April to hop* before downgrading that account as well. That leaves me with 4 premiums, 2 of which I can't see me downgrading because I love their (Trad, Sakura) parcels too much. As to the other two, well, we'll see what the economy has in store. Before abandoning the Stilt and Log homes, I did "every possible detail" photo sessions and inventories so I could re-create those homes should I ever feel the urge to do so. ((I did feel a brief pang of regret a week after bidding the Lauderdale farewell...) *Just landed a 1024 Newbrooke parcel where the Denver actually works, so will make more progress decorating that than I did the HB I just released.

If you're looking for a Vic, love trains, hills, and the Mole National Park (just walk up the hill behind the house to Varmint Falls)... I'll be releasing this parcel (yellow Doyle) in Banebury sometime between 2pm-5pm SLT. I'm flexible about the time, so if you're interested, drop me a line and we can arrange a precise time to give you the best chance.

UPDATE: Gone in 45 seconds. I've tried to make it work, but have come to the conclusion that Houseboats just aren't for me. In 10 minutes (12:30 SLT), I'll be releasing one in Shark Bait, one of the newer HB regions. Square parcel, wooded enviroment rather than sand and seagulls. Shown is the view to the south and the adjacent island. There's no HB on the LP now, so if you see one in the next few minutes, it's probably this one.

Oops, sorry. The framed photo with the flowers that I resized is at Tuesdays. Try this: https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Gooseberry Marsh/210/18/3002 It’s listed under the SL Home Decor Weekend Sales on Seraphim. -
Hmmm, there are some nice tropical/Stilt-landscape-ish Newbrookes on the way - I find these much more appealing than the suburban environment ones dominated by concrete walls/fences. These are in SSPSolomon Reef and SSPThunder Quay.

This 1 LI framed image with several frame/matt/picture options is HUGE, but can be sized down. And you can substitute your own image (which needs to occupy the bottom half of a 1024x1024 or 512x512 'canvas'). $75. -

The Hampton Fireplace set, $99, at Dreamland Designs might especially suit a Sakura or Newbrooke home - the fireplace portion is 5 LI, including the extension of the plinth to the left (which can probably be made transparent if not wanted), the palm is 2 LI and the grouped canvases are only 1 LI. It looks like the fire is 'always on'. [Bought the set and can confirm that you can indeed make the plinth to the left invisible, and the fire is always on. But you can reduce the glow and increase the transparency of the flames.] -

Nomad is selling these items, furniture and decor, for $75 each. The animated jack-in-the-box is 2 LI, as is the animated jewellery box (no sound, though). -

This 1 LI cabinet is on sale at Fetch for $75. The stated LODs are terrible, but it looks fine to me at a distance. -

Sales at Bricolage - the 9 LI chaise (with some texture change options for pillows and throw and silk/linen textures for the chaise itself) is $75, PG or A. The table, lamp and tea (3 LI, 6 LI, 2 LI) are $75, and the shelf with decor and framed pictures are $75 (all items 1 or 2 LI). There are also 15 gifts scattered throughout the store - all appear to be framed paintings, 1 LI each. -

Stilt Home Decorating - Show us your style

As I'm just about to abandon my on-water Stilt, I've uploaded an album of photos taken while making an inventory list - the model is the Lauderdale and everything shown totals 340 LI. I'll miss the lush landscaping of the Mole island 'next door', but the still-unobstructed sunset of my on-pier Stilt was impossible to give up... https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.503267048564346&type=3
