Fewer than a year ago (when I had a couple one-month premium hopper accounts), more than I’ll have come January. My secluded Trad in Innside (with thanks and a tip o’ the hat to Fay), a riverside Vic, a lakeside Log home, an on-pier, backing west onto the void Stilt, an on-water Stilt next to an island with lush vegetation, and my thoroughly gorgeous Sakura. The account holding the on-pier Stilt will be downgraded in January. The account holding the Log home will be downgraded in May (should have happened this past May) but I’ll abandon that home in January as well… unless the moles debut a new one-storey Log home as part of the older themes revamp! (I can dream -) Only the Trad and Sakura are ‘forever’ homes, and I have no interest in Premium +. .

While it may not be something you can use in your Belli home, I think it's worth mentioning the Bakery set that's currently on sale at Hideki - the fatpack is $250, but you can buy individual bits and pieces for $50-$75. In particular, there's an old-style fridge (8 LI, but you can probably remove the decor on top and the non-working clock and save 2 LI) for $70, a set of 3 LI storage jars on shelves for $75, and a couple of table/chair sets for $70 each. (And the bread and doughnuts are making me hungry!)

Not a sale item, but I really like this 6 LI mid-century sofa (PG) at LouChara - it's $299. The rug is 2 LI $99. The fatpack - including (apparently non-working) lamp and bookcase with decor - is $699.

The Provenza set is on sale at Evhah, but all pieces sold separately: Table 5 LI $75, chair 2 LI $75, shelf table 3 LI $75, framed art 5/8 LI (!) $75, pumpkin decor and 3 LI place setting $75. There's no indication that the rug or plants are included.

Erfe Design has lots of items on sale this weekend (including a small modular kitchen), but despite the indication of demos on the signs, none were available. (I won't be mentioning them in future if there are no demos.)

Outdoors items on sale at Sway's: the log edging and paving stones set (each group of 4 pavers in a row, square or curve is 1 LI, as is each group of 3, 7 or 4 log-ends) is $50; the 1 LI barn birdhouse is also $50. The 5 LI bench and 1 LI basket of apples aren't on sale (at the moment, anyway).

FLF at Consignment - the Hack Sofa in black only, no texture-change for the pillows or throw, is 6 LI, very good LODs, PG/A, $50. The 2 LI always-on lighting fixture is also $50.

Also at Equal 10, from Chez Moi, you'll find this 6 LI chaise, $360 PG or $559 A. (I'm assuming that you get all the colors as there's no provision to buy individual ones.) The 2 LI lamp is sold separately for $72.

Also at the current round of Equal 10 until November 5th: a 9 LI desert planter from Mithral - each planter color sold separately for $249, or all three for $499.

At the current round of Equal 10 until November 5th: I like this 7 LI sofa from North Oak, available in 8 colors which are sold separately - $225 PG, $325 A. The other bits are sold individually, or as part of the Fatpack ($775 PG, $875 A).

Who doesn't need toilet paper? Just $25 for the set (basket 2 LI, stand 1 LI) at Muniick. The 3 LI bath caddy is also only $25!

I’m keeping my fingers crossed for some new *designs* in the Trad and Log themes - as in additional single-storey builds, not just removing walls in the existing models. And will beseech the powers-that-be once more for some ambient sound in the trad regions.
