There is a new houseboats region connected to the SLB regions in the south east corner. If you click on the SLB 20 region in different areas it tells you what each area is which is rather interesting. SLB = Second Life 16th Birthday happening mid next month. Wonders if this could be the third batch release news or something else ?

On the original SSP continent there are no other small red/green squares on the other houseboat areas. I counted 7 red squares yesterday so when it's all green the second batch will be start.

A new area south of the Sansara continent which has a small rez area to serve the Bellisseria continent and beyond. SLURL

Patch did say there will be may be a long wait for the second batch. The new expansion is nearly completed now. Final checks are going on now from what I've heard. I do think we are going to get new batches being made available each month until the continent is full. I've been hearing "soon" for some time relating to moving Second Life to the cloud. It's going to be least a few more years before that's fully completed. Last Names has been delayed until later in 2019. Probably more likely to happen now in 2020.

It's back and working now. Apparently it was a third party outage.

It looks like new big Linden Homes at the moment. Looks similar to houseboats though north/south.

Guess who I found hanging out at Kuga lighthouse area. Patch said this today "we're almost done with the small expansion of the houseboats we're working on" & "we've got a few finishing touches, some testing and we'll have it out ". More new airstrips in the works "We have places to do others and larger as well as we move along though for variety :" I would say they are roughly 98% done. It's almost here!

Probably happen later this week or next week. The Moles are working as fast as they can to deliver the second batch. So glad we won't have to wait until the summer or christmas for this to happen 😂 It would be nice to see a dedicated page just for the new Linden Homes availability along with the latest news/events. The rest of the older Linden Homes can be on another land selection page.

Things are moving pretty quickly in the new houseboats development area. I would guess the second batch will be available either next week or the week after. 25th April vs 28th April
