Pretty sure I haven't posted in this thread yet. Ghosty got a new lap top delivered today and I was testing it out. Mine is having trouble after several years of hard use due to SL so I might get the same one. Photos are SO much better!

I'm not into shoes much at all in RL. And while I like them better in world, I'm still pretty picky and tend to wear the same ones over and over.

She doesn't come in much anymore. I'm friendly w/her in RL - I can only assume she's too busy these days.

I've ruthlessly (see what I did there?) tossed close to 100% of really old stuff. I kept a very few pieces so that if I ever need to "recreate" what I looked like back when, I'm able to do so. Like last night actually. There was an SL14B event "Come as You Were". Unfortunately I kept crashing for some reason but, I digress. I have a rather lean inventory compared to many others who've been around as long as most of us here on this thread. Less than 40,000, I think it's like 38K. I am in a constant state of sending things to the trash bin. Sometimes I'll find an object I loved, rezz it out and see it's like 40 prims and that's the end of that. Old clothing looks particularly awful, same with skins and other body parts. Just not worth clogging my inventory up with stuff I wouldn't even wish on a noob.

G and I are already celebrating. But alone

This is what happened: Some noob, 3 weeks old, was at G's gig last night. Shamelessly flirting with him in open chat. She had a demo hair on, big glaring "DEMO" words floating over her head. Anyway, after over an hour of listening to her buttering him up, I had enough of it. He had also. I IM'd her and politely asked if she was in the habit of reading people's profiles? She got huffy with me immediately and asked why? All I said to her was "I'm Mrs. Kips". Well, this set her off and without me even saying she was being obnoxiously apparent in her interest of him, she confirmed that was what she was doing. I again mentioned that we were literally married in RL (well, about to be but none of her business) Then, she sarcastically apologized to which all I wrote was "Thank you". That was the extent of my conversation with her. Then, in open chat in front of the entire crowd starts "tattling" on me! Says to everyone there I'm accusing her of flirting with Ghosty. I kept my mouth shut again and everyone is like WTF? So I blocked her. But forgot to mute so I kept seeing what she was saying. Then she pretty much walked over to me, bumped me and began telling me I have low self-esteem LOLOLOL. By that point, G had enough of that and IM'd one of the SL14B staff at the event to have her kicked out. I was quite restrained. I'm proud of myself. I let her create all the dramaz she wanted and she just looked stupid, and guilty. Was awesome.

I used the Sofie Bento shape created by Strawberry Singh's, tweaked to my liking Here's a photo of the Sofie head. I thought I took one showing the body also but I don't have it on the hard drive where I currently am at (work). If I remember later tonight, I'll post another showing the body also. The body is inexpensive, I think it's 99L? Strawberry is great at keeping her items low cost since she's not exactly a "creator" - she's a blogger. Hello Ms L! Welcome home!

I have Tradescant as well! It's not quite in the right spot, a bit too shady for it's likes, but blooms. In fact, I mis-wrote above. Tradescant is in that bouquet, although very few. The Reine des Violettes, alas, has yet to bloom this year. We had to move it last autumn for a couple of days due to having new stairs built at our back door. Until a few weeks ago I was sure it was a goner and was about to have it shovel pruned. Here in the States the roses typically wake up late March/Early April. Well, a day after I wrote my landscaper to pull it, I woke up to see it leafing out! Made me quite happy as I lost one of my favorites a few years ago due to pesticide off-drift; "Neptune" - a stunning soft lilac. Nice to have another Rosarian in the group I love my small garden and have squeezed in as many roses that I'm able (12 currently, various types).

Oh goodness Clover I have tons of duplicate Arcade items from whenever! If there's something you want, hit me up inworld. I'll see if I have it in my inventory. I'd be happy to get some of those out. I keep thinking I should just rez all of them out on a platform on my land and let whomever wants them have them! I've gotten a lot pickier about them, but I'm still fairly addicted and have nobody to stop me LOL. L
