  1. Hello emmettcullen. If you just purchased your AO, you have at first to open it (unpack) and after to wear it. You will see a hud on your monitor. This exists for all AO's. Which is exactly the problem you have? Did you read the instructions? Did you try to contact the creator? By the way your post has not text. If you use Internet Explorer 8 or 9 maybe you need to change the combatibility clicking the icon with the page at the right of your address bar, to be able to use this forum without problems.You can edit your post if you wish (options on the right --> edit).
  2. Hello zippidy. Normally you can fix the problem if you relog. If no, obviously you wear something and you have to detach it as already mentioned. Alternatively in Viewer 3, give the command: Menu Me --> Movement --> Stop animating me.
  3. Hello Juniata. You can't see particles if you have your performance to low under preferences --> graphics. Set it at least to medium (and better to high if your system can handle it) and you will see them.

  5. Hello ablenitro and welcome to SL Forums. It happens sometimes. Try to walk through a different portal and you will fix the issue. Try portal 3.
  6. Hello Seafarer and welcome to SL Forums. We had issues earlier in world with region rolling restarts but the problem has been resolved now. Try to log in a different region. Protected lands like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere are recommended. If the problem remains, reboot your modem / router and try again. Good luck.

As already mentioned many times at your previous threads, here is a residents supported forum. We are residents like you and we try to help, no the Lindens. The only we can do is to suggest, no to resolve the problem. Have you already read and tried everything we suggested? My feeling is that we can't help any more if our suggestions didn't work. Try to submit a ticket although i can't guarantee that you will get a reply. Good luck.

  11. Hello Chanelle. You can't choose "Customize my environment" exactly under "Use region settings"? There you have most of the known options for the water and the sky. In addtion you can find a setting for water reflections under Preferences --> Graphics --> Advanced.

  16. Hello Lady and welcome to SL Forums. Of course you can change your Linden Home and get an another one. Stand into your home --> Menu World --> About Land --> General Tab --> Abandon Land. After confirming, the land is removed from your account and you can register for another Linden Home. Have fun!

Have you the last updated drivers for your graphics card? Do you donwload the correct file from http://secondlife.com/support/downloads/ ? Have you tried instead, to download a Third-Party Viewer? Do you get an error message when you try to install the application? You can edit your post (options on the right --> Edit) adding more details.

If it is no possible open the world map and see if your region is offline. If so, you have to submit a ticket --> Land & Region --> Report an offline region.

  25. Hello Romana. When you check / uncheck the "Show in search" box, do you save the changes? If you want to have your group in search (so everyone can see it there) why you profile and your groups is hidden? I tried to checked out your profile (V3) but i saw nothing.
