I totally agree about the height of avatars in SL. I spent over than 4 months in SL to realize how giant are the avatars!

Hello Trix. I use Marketplace daily and i haven't any problem or i hadn't in past. On the other side as i know some users complain often here that they don't get their purchases. but my feeling is that they are a minority if we think the number of people who use Marketplace daily, so the problem isn't general. Also i don't think that we have an official notice about it on the grid.

Hello Nyxkri. If you still see your items with Viewer 2, very soon you will see them with Phoenix too. Just the first times you use Phoenix you need some more patience because all your items and generally all the textures arround you need to be loaded from the beginning. When you log in something you can do is to open your inventory, type something in search there and wait fetching all your items till the last one. It is possible for a while to notice that your items stop to be loaded but it is something temporal. If you have some patience they will continue in some mins. Also move in another region with less lag, sure it helps. Smith is a protected land which is recommended. I consider that you must no to worry about that. Good luck

Hello Jenova. The best solution is to buy shoes which include walking sounds. All the famous brands have this option and some of them include several sounds. Buying separately a free usually sound, you haven't the best results.

Hello tara. It is impossible to change your username. The only you can change is the display name. So the only solution to change completely your username is to delete your account and to create a new one. Open your dashboard --> by the left account --> Cancel account. I dont suggest to delete your account because it is very possible to regret about it in the future.

Just a comment... 117 prims for a Linden home are quite enough if you know of course to manage them wisely. I decorated in past several Linden homes for my friends. Never i needed more than 90 prims and they are really fully furnished.
