  2. Obviously a malfunction with the kit. The best you can do is to contact the creator of the kit, or your doctor if you have one. Really i dont know which kit you use, so i dont know exactly what to suggest. Thats why i told you to contact me in world or mail me here for more details.
  3. Hello Sacha. With the new web profiles you cant use a pic directly from your inventory as a profile pic. If you have an old pic in your inventory you need to save that pic in your computer, opening it and using the command "save us". The problem is that the pic saved with the extension .tga. The viewer 2 allows to upload only pics with the following extensions: a).jpg b).gif c).png So you need a program to edit the pic and save us again with a different extension. If you havent in your computer a program to edit .tga files you can use the commant print screen. Having the pic opened in world, you click the key print screen by your keyboard, you open a simple programm for pics like for example Microsoft Paint and you paste there. The last step is to save the pic with one of the acceptable for viewer 2 extensions. Having now the pic in your hard disk, you upload it in your profile as Identity described.

  7. Hello Viktor. If your avatar is so short like a dwarf means that you havent fully loaded. At first try to rebake your textures with Ctrl+Alt+R. Also open your inventory --> type something in search there and wait fetching ALL your items till your last one. After that, move in a region with less lag ( Smith is a protected land which is recommended) and try to change outfit choosing an outfit with just the necessary stuff (skin, shape, eyes, hair, shirt, pants) and without attachments. Something else you can do is to test your avatar: In Viewer 2 --> Menu Develop (Ctrl+Alt+Q) --> Avatar --> Character Tests --> Test Male / Female If the problem remains, clear your cache: (XP) - C: \ Documents and Settings \ (USER NAME) - AppData \ SecondLife (Vista) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData - Local \ SecondLife (Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData - Roaming \ SecondLife Delete everything in that folder and restart first your computer and after the program.   8. Hello Kurama. When you log in you havent only your avatar's texture to load but all the textures arround even you cant see some of them. The 99% of lag everywhere comes from textures. What you can do to load better? 1)In Viewer 2 --> Menu Me --> Preferences --> Tab Graphics --> Set the quality of your graphics to low. Lower quality = everything loads faster. 2)Menu Me --> Preferences --> Tab Move & View --> Set your Distance lower. 3)Open your inventory (every time you log in this is your first "job"), type something in search there and wait fetching ALL your items till the last one, without doing something else. 4)Have in your mind that as more lag = more delay for loading. Also more stuff you wear again more delay to load. Anytime you can check your avatar's rendering cost: Menu Advanced (Ctrl+Alt+Shirt+D) --> Performance Tools --> Show Avatar Rendering Cost. You will see a number over your avatar's head. This number reflects the pressure your avatar puts on the server hosting the region (sim). The optimal number per avatar should be in green and between 0/1000 (although almost everyone has more). So the higher the number, the higher the load on the server your avatar is putting in it in order to work.
  9. Hello MrsJerie. You dont send a notecard to Marketplace but to the merchant. If you have problem about the delivery of your purchases, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> Take a copy of your last purchases --> Open your inventory --> click the small cross down there and choose New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. How you send the notecard: You use the search in world to find the merchant (its at the right top corner beside the icon with the magnifying glass --> choose im --> You drag the notecard by your inventory into the im chat window.

  18. Hello to all. Although i have over than 6 months to buy or to look for a skin (i am happy with mine), sure i want to try a demo before i buy a skin and generally everything. Usually its different the pic we see at Marketplace or the pics into a store and different the result when we have when we try or buy a skin because very simply our image is a combination or a skin, a shape and other things. A great skin without a suitable shape hasnt usually the result we desire. Personally i care very much about the make up and about the possibility the skin to support or include many of them. The face is for me here and in real life also the mirror of our appearance so i care very much for a good for my taste make up. About the price now, never was my problem. If i like something, i get it.
  19. If you didint delete accidentally your AO it is still in your inventory. We lose often our items and most times we find them later. For me, clear your cache. Open your dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My Account --> Order History --> Take a copy of your last purchases --> create a new notecard --> paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant explaining what was happened and asking politely for rederivery. Alternatively --> Dashboard --> By the left Account --> Transaction History --> take a copy of your last transactions and repeat the same process.
