Hello again tuta. Stand into your linden home (where it was if you can't see it) --> Menu World --> About Land --> Abandon Land. After confirming, the land is removed from your account. You can register for another Linden Home. If you still you can't, as a Premium Member you have the right to use the Livechat ( https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> you find the option on the right).

Hello Blond. Dakota Linden explains here why this happens. For now you have 2 options: Analytically: Contact the merchant: Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. Contact support: If you don't get a reply by the merchant you can submit a a ticket --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, includes the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply. Generally avoid to overload your shopping cart. It is one of the top causes for delivery failures. If the problem remains next days use Marketplace only for search and go shopping in world. It is preferable.

Hello edakool and welcome to SL Forums. Your avatar is no fully loaded. That's why you see it that way. Move to a region without lag, or better relog there like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere. Open your inventory and wait for a while to be loaded (fetching). When fetching finishes try to change outfit choosing choosing one with just the necessary stuff (skin, shape, hair, eyes, pants and shirt) without any attachments. Wait some seconds and rebake your textures with Ctrl+Alt+R. Repeat same process if it is necessary. If the problem remains, follow the suggestions here. They work for all viewers. Start this way and let us know if you fixed the problem or you need more help.

Hello MsShy. There is no Menu Edit in Viewer 3. It is the command for Phoenix. In Viewer 3, Menu Communicate --> Groups --> right click on the group you want --> Leave. That's all.- 1 reply

General suggestions: Avoid to overload your shopping cart. It is one of the top causes for delivery failures. If you purchase stuff from Marketplace, be online in world. All residents have an inbox which can save up to 25 notifications for everything. If you have more, they are capped, so you lose them. Last weeks a bug with offlines affects many residents. They get nothing when they are offline. If you believe that this bug affects you also, block something or someone and relog. It is possible to fix the issue this way. Good luck.

Hello YaninaYanochka. You can find tones of free stuff at Marketplace. Also you can find a lot of free stuff usually as group gifts in world. A group you can join for example called "Womenstuff" where every day you get notifications for many freebies arround. Have fun! -

Hello AmberRose. Hello blackdeath and welcome to SL Forums. There are 2 main causes you get this error message. Maybe: 1)It is relative with a temporal problem at the region you are trying to login. Always don't forget to check: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ There is no something official at the moment. If so, is possible to fix the problem if you log in a different region. Try to log in a protected land like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere and see if that helps. If you use the official viewer and you can't select a different region, in your log in screen give the command: Menu Me --> Preferences --> General Tab --> Enable "Show on login" --> OK. After click the down arrow where it says "Start at" and choose <Type region name> --> Smith --> Login. 2)It is relative with invalid characters in your group tag. If so, you will fix the problem if you remove or change it. If you remember which group tag you wear, log in with an alt (alternative / another account), find the owner or a manager of the group, explain who you are and ask them to eject you of the group. If you are the group owner (this is more usual with residents who just created their own groups and changed group titles), again log in with an alt (alternative account of you) and change the group tag. If it is no possible, tell your friends to delete the group. When they all leave, your groups in 48 hours will stop to exist, so you will fix your problem. In past we had few cases where residents resolved this issue just rebooting their modems / routers. Give a try to reboot yours also. In any case if you are a premium and you can't find a solution, you can submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Account issue --> Second Life Web Login Issues. Report there the problem analytically and wait for a reply. Good luck.

Hello Velvet and welcome to SL Forums. This is resulting from network connectivity issues between your SL client and LL servers. Reboot your modem / router leting it closed for at least 2-3 mins and try again. If the problem remains it is possiblt to fix your problem if you clear manually your cache out of SL. If still you can't find a solution, submit a ticket --> Account Issues --> SecondLife Web Login Issues. Report there the problem and wait for a reply. -
Hello Paige. In past as i know there was a bug (for Viewer 2), no sounds for gestures when residents had their maturity ratings to general but it has been resolved now. Maybe it would be better (if you use only Singularity) to post this here: http://code.google.com/p/singularity-viewer/issues/list

Hello Shakila and welcome to SL Forums. Obviously clearing your cache under your preferences was no enough. Give a try to clear your cache manually out of SL. To do that delete all contests at the following folders: (Vista) and (Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife and C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife You can except only the .txt files into the folder with your name (C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife \ shakila_resident) in order to keep your im logs and chat logs coping them somewhere else in your hard disk. See if that makes any difference. Hello Atreaya and welcome to SL Forums. I don't think that is possible to get a refund but in any case you can submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> General Marketplace issues. Report the problem there and wait for a reply. By the way listing enhancements renew automatically. If you only want to advertise your item for a specific time period, you have to cancel it ("Don't renew" - under Merchant home --> Manage subscriptions). -

However, Linden Lab cannot verify, enforce, certify, examine, uphold, or adjudicate any oath, contract, deal, bargain, or agreement made by the Residents of Second Life. Nor does Linden Lab enforce or uphold rental agreements between Residents. While you may have a valid agreement with another person, Linden Lab is not a party to and cannot resolve your dispute. Please contact the Resident involved and resolve the issue with them. " In the future do NOT trust residents so easily. Try to collect informations before you rent / buy your next land.
