  1. Hello Paris and welcome to SL Forums. Not sure what time is there and how long you have to wait. Usually it is an error message you get when you try to login immidiately after a crash. I get this message sometimes and i have to wait 5-7 mins. So wait a little more and if this time expires and still you can't login possible the bug with "ghost avatars" affects you also.   2. Hello Electra. Wait a little more. Normally you have to wait up to 24 hours. That 's what LL officially supports, although usually you get your purchased after some minutes or seconds. If this time expires and you don't get your stuff you have 2 choices. Analytically: Contact the merchant: Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. Contact support: If you don't get a reply by the merchant you can submit a a ticket --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, includes the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply. General suggestions: Avoid to overload your shopping cart. It is one of the top causes for delivery failures. If you purchase stuff from Marketplace, be online in world. All residents have an inbox which can save up to 25 notifications for everything. If you have more, they are capped, so you lose them. Last weeks a bug with offlines affects many residents. They get nothing when they are offline. If you believe that this bug affects you also, block something or someone and relog. It is possible to fix the issue this way. Good luck.
  3. Hello again. At first noone, if i am right, suggested to uninstall the viewer and download / install again. This has nothing to do with your issues. We suggested to clear manually your cache. I hope that you did that. If it didin't work, sounds a connectivity issue for me. You can check it at http://www.speedtest.net/ If it is slow (less than 1Mbps), reboot your modem / router leting it closed for at least 2-3 mins and try again. Contact your ISP to see if there is a problem with your line. If you use wireless connection, simply avoid it (it is no recommended for SL) and prefer direct cable connection instead. Experiment also with your maximum bandwidth until to find the best setting for your system (under preferences --> setup). This is something important too.

  6. Hello AngeliqueDesideri and welcome to SL Forums. If you have cancelled your account, you may be able to restore it, depending on how long ago it was cancelled. There is a US$9.95 reactivation fee for restoring an account. To start the process: Open a support case. Under What type of problem are you having? choose Account Issue. Choose Reactivate an old account. Enter the required information Click Submit. Warning: Even if your account is restored, the associated inventory, land, and Linden dollar balance may be unrecoverable.
  7. Hello Randy. Clear manually your cache (out of SL having your viewer closed) and relog in a quiet sim like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere. See if that makes any difference. If you don't know how to do that, post back here editing your post (options on the right --> edit) leting us know. In this case write also which viewer you use.
  8. Hello WhiteBoi. I have greedy greedy table but no this board. Give a try to visit this region. I know that there, residents play greedy with lindens so is very possible to help you. I see 28 ppl there this moment.

  10. Hello MzSinz and welcome to SL Forums. If you are stuck in G regions only, you have to submit a ticket under Account Issues. Report there your problem and wait for a reply If you have access to G and M regions, try to add payment info in your SL Account. It will normally fix your issue.

If you try to buy from Marketplace try to clear your browser's cache or a different browser. If you try to buy in world we have currently issues with rolling restarts and LL suggested to avoid in world transactions.   15. The older version of Viewer 3 (1.23) is no available more for downloading. Download a Third-Party Viewer instead (Phoenix or Firestorm). You can find both here: http://www.phoenixviewer.com/ If you accept the TOS once, it exists after for all viewers so you can use the official viewer.

If you use the official Viewer 3 the last resident's name is saved automatically and there is no option to disable it like in some TVP's like Phoenix for example. However there is a trick. Launch the viewer and type in your log in screen a random username and password and click Login. Of course login fails. If you close the viewer and open it again you see there the random username and no yours. That 's the only you can do. (If you use a TPV just disable "remember resident's name).
  22. Hello Pamela and welcome to SL Forums. The region looks online on Map. Generally when your region is offline at first you contact the Estate Owner or Manager. If you don't get a reply you submit a ticket under Land & Region --> Report an offline region.
  23. Helllo Yuri and welcome to SL Forums. Could be Ctrl+Alt+T, could be Beacons (highlight - under Menu World --> Show --> Beacons) or something relative with your graphics card. It would be helpful to post here 1-2 screeshots and some details about your graphics card and graphics settings.

  25. Hello destiny and welcome to SL Forums. Do you have negative balance of L$? If so, open your dashboard (log in http://secondlife.com/ ) --> Transaction History on the left to see where your L$ gone. Obviously they are group liabilities for one or more groups. If so, you will stop to pay more if you delete the groups. Something else now: If you try to purchase something in world, maybe the error message is relative with region rolling restarts we have currently or in a while.
