All the appreciation in the world will not make me pass the responsibilities of root to an overeagerly self-proclaimed idiot. :smileyindifferent: Perhaps you could start 'man idiotproofPhoenixinstallwithUbuntu' from a terminal and see what happens next ? . :smileytongue: -

You should use the proprietary drivers for Linux of your graphicscard when running SL ... :smileyindifferent:

Amaretto horses that are not 'birthed' yet come in bundles, so you can breed them later. Takes 7 days of raising them on petfood before they're adult enough for riding them. You can have 4 for free from me if you'd like, fifth on it's way. They're all black though.

RIC'd with following content "Moderator, please evaluate this thread and warn Lindenlab if appropriate. User claims illegal viewer can backup any permission on any item, yet my suspicion is ( like others in the thread ) this concerns a shameless promotion of the notorious Reborn-viewer. " You wanted attention. You certainly have it now. If you are true in your intentions I thank you for your effort to 'bring it out here'. If not ... goodbye. -

ConcernedCitizen wrote: This is also a new account solely created for the purpose of informing people. Eventhough you are a 'ConcernedCitizen' ( afaik you are promoting the copybotters right now ), there's no need to call Rolig ignorant or knowledgeless about scripts, SL and permissions. Rolig has an outstanding reputation about her knowledgebility here. You don't . You can always agree to disagree and leave it to just that. You claim to be serious about the matter. Remain your calm. -

Possibilities. No proof yet. I doubt though you can promote a 'product' long enough that doesn't work at all. I don't think it's bluff, but I'm not 'buying' it .. that's for sure. If it IS real it's a serious kind of a threat to SL that exceeds far beyond copybot. -

They're charging a few hundred bucks for that private client. I don't think it's a bluff. -

No. You have enough character to start a group based on your own character. Create a HippieBowman-group specifically and I'm game. And tell Maddy in advance to forgive me. PS I miss Maddy & Snugs in the forums still. :smileyindifferent:

Can server version messages when crossing regions be switched off ?
Wilhiam Hydraconis replied to Wilhiam Hydraconis's question in Technical
/me nods. I'll 'pop' the question first in the server section of the forums to have an initial answer from a Linden on the matter. If the same is suggested I will file one. -

Exactly, Marigold ... as far as using vehicles goes like I do it's a kind of oblivious feature to me. -

Thanks for answering , Rolig. Just pondering .. this also generates extra traffic no doubt between server and client ( not heavily I reckon ) and it is actually annoyingly repetitive when crossing region after region on route. I think it would benefit the client(viewer) if these message were not generated on demand.
