10 years is great. My Sandrine and I partnered this coming New Years day 12 years ago (January 1, 2007). It seems like yesterday.

I had some photography classes long enough ago that we used film and developed it in a darkroom. I think it helps to understand this to have physically changed the lenses and filters for different effects and to have worked with film in a darkroom. It's been a long time but discussions here are bringing things back to me.

I thought I'd get in on this butt thing. The jeans are *Just BECAUSE* Designer Jeans - Tumbled The belt comes with them but is separate. You can't see them well but the top is [Canimal] Euphoria and shoes are !Rebel Hope - Amanda Mesh Heels (I had to buy them with that name). Canimal was my favorite designer back in the early days before mesh. I was glad to see she came back to creating about 18 months or so ago.

Years ago I was a partner in Royale Weddings. We had different themed venues for weddings and receptions. I kinda got put off of SL weddings when nearly 2/3 of the grooms made a pass at me in IMs while we were there with his bride discussing arrangements although remembering the 3 way lesbian vampire wedding still makes me smile. Since I now run a City of New Orleans sim I occasionally preside over a wedding at city hall as Justice of the Peace but all my old poses and things are showing their age.

After seeing Alyona's Sampan pics earlier today I decided to make some with my Sampan. I'm not fishing, just scouting around for pirate hideouts. I'm always fighting the Pirate Menace in SL. Guess I'm fishing for pirates.

Since I use a system head for sailing, I keep two different shapes and make different base outfits around them. I have a base outfit for my normal neko look with my bento head. Body, head, neko ears and tail. Basically everything i always wear. Then I add other outfits that I've stored without the items on the body outfit. Clothes hair and accessories. I keep 2 other base outfit without the neko bits and one with and one without the head for my 18th Century roleplay where nekos are frowned on. Doing this i only have to update 2 or 3 outfits if the body or head comes out with an update.

I went on a ride.

I've been about 1.75m (5'8") prim height since sometime in early 2007. Back then I was sometimes accused of being a "child avatar" which was silly since I didn't look anything like a child. It seems to me that there is a trend toward more realistic female avatars but men are remaining giants.

I saw this gown and couldn't resist so here's the Kitty Queen.

If we're doing how we look when we take off the bento head and not what our system head looked like then this is me without my LeLutka SIMONE. I'm not as badly deformed as some I've seen. The skin is my old Angel Rock Serene Burnt Amber which I'd still use if I could find an applier for my head.

I still use my system head when I'm sailing in battles against pirates. You have to be careful with scripts and LI when you're sailing.

I thought the same thing when I saw that pic but didn't figure that was on purpose. lol SL needs more "nibbly" vampires.

Finally home after a long day.
