If your using a 64 bit viewer they won't work coz there is not a 64 bit version of quicktime

Its a long going bug thats why many don't bother with them now! Make a jira or open a support case

If LL keep messing about like this in the future I will just not list anything new, Its not the first time LL have made a cockup! In fact i prefer in world sales coz people tend to buy more while browsing

I suggest everyone checks their mp listings since the bug fix because before the fix i only had a few listings that had changed to adult etc, I checked again today and i had loads that had changed after the fix!

i fixed mine myself they seem to be ok on the mp but if i search my own store there still borked i.e. mp serach works but if you search within a mp store they are not

I don't think this will be fixed any time soon! I have worked for very large companies and some small ones contracted out their IT support to the company i worked for! we always had a 4 hour fix time on servers or else the sh*t hit the fan and then lots of analysts were called in to get it sorted I don't ever recall a fix not happening within 24 hours! But then again it took LL 3 months plus to fix the regions not showing in the inworld search a few years ago!

I don't ever recall a thread or forum post about network adapters/cards! even LL don't have any advice on this! Most residents i would guess use the onboard network chipset that came with their system board! I will tell you something 90% of them are crap! They are ok for browsing the net but that it I use the one built into my system board but its a very good chipset on a gaming system board and its an exception Intel network cards have a good rep and are quite cheap! if your interested do some googling in gaming forums about them! Mine is a Qualcomm killer bigfoot chipset and it rocks I have seen armchair critics in forums slagging them off without even owning one ^^ All i can say is it is very good i get a gig connection to the router on a 9 meter cat 5 cable really it should be a cat 6 cable to get that reliably but it seems to work well! I often dj in sl and download music at the same time etc i dont ever get upload errors now in my dj software that i used to now and then and my download times are very fast now even with sl running i can often download a song in seconds. The download speed while in sl is what i noticed the most it used to take minutes for similar sized files

To see sparkley water you only need basic shaders turned on !your your graphics card may be able to use that but its detected by the viewer and turned off it is possible in bebug settings to turn off auto detect on startup its called probehardwareOnstartup in debug settings set it to false Then restart your viewer It may or may not work

I changed one of mine back saved it and it went back to adult! so chaning them is not fixining them not all the time !
