  1. Felt left out with all the boys doing nice shirtless pics.
  2. Terrible & True [GemsOnVHS Live] - Lost Dog Street Band
  3. Kinda cheating, since the human part is an older picture, the wolf is new though! Working on a character card for an RP sim. All the shadows, "glow", and lighting is hand-painted by me since my old PC can't render it on SL natively.
  4. Fire Escape In The Sea (Whirling-in-Rags) - Sea Power Even after all these months after playing it, Disco Elyisum has a vice grip on my psyche. Incredible game.
  5. Scripting, like so many others here. Might as well be magic to me. Rentals, parcels, and land owning. Been a SL hobo my whole tenure here. How to figure out the UV maps of things in a decent amount of time. Why people interact with me MORE as a feral wolf avatar. I've had more people talk to me, come up to me, IM me in the past two hours since I bought the thing than in the past two months running around as a person.
  6. Fancy shmancy new sword for my boy Gunther, in which I meticulously edited the straps to line up with belt rivets like an absolute psycho. Alongside a more casual outfit, which required considerably less editing.
  7. SOUL has fantastic skintones in tons of nonhuman colors, as for musculature i don't think their male body skins are too ripped or anything. Petrichor also does male fantasy skintones and I remember those being softer as well. Izzies is good for imperfections, blemishes, and realism if you're looking for something like that but compatibility with fantasy tones might not be suuuuper great on some things. Demoing will solve that though. RELENTLESS has similar add-ons in the vein of Izzies so check them out as well. Poema sells mature skins with wrinkles, crows feet, and visible age. I think most of those are not fantasy-toned however. All stores mentioned use BOM and/or EVO X (usually *both* which is why I like them.) I'm no expert on human skins either, honestly, but I hope this was sorta helpful at least.
  8. There's a domestic cat mod for the TWI Fox that's realistic and has a couple skins and add-ons already. You do need basic editing skills to set it up. I don't know if price is an issue for you, but it's the best option by far. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/AppyBottoms-TWIFox-KittyKitty/23343334 Check the creators store for additional skins, I love the ginger one myself.
  9. One of my many roleplay characters. (Do they count as RP characters if I'm too shy to RP?)
  10. Have you checked out Soul? They have a vast range of skintones and just updated a face skin to Evo X. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/S-G3-DEMOS-lelEvoX-Andi/22376854 Worth a shot, right?
  11. As many others have suggested, Dura is pretty good. Stealthic barely makes men's hair anymore but I liked the proper short styles they had. But if you're looking for something a little more interesting, try Raven Bell. All of their styles are unisex and varied. Long hair, short hair, hats with hair and add-on bang pieces. CAMO makes men's and unisex dreaded styles in tons of fun options. In-world shopping is recommended for all aforementioned stores. Honestly, all hair is unisex if you're brave enough. I wear plenty of "female" short hair from Tram on my avatars. But I've only mentioned stores that explicitly say they are catering to men and unisex cuts, so hope that helps.
  12. Pucca Firecasters Creations has a great range of medieval fantasy clothing. They're on Marketplace. Demos are only in-world if I remember correctly, you can accrue discounts via their group so shopping in store is a good idea. Contraption (in-world only) has a few pieces that can be used in some medieval outfits although it's mainly steampunk and dieselpunk, worth looking. Swords, too, if you'd fancy. Both support Jake in nearly every male item so there's nothing to worry about there. Stitched has some Jake outfits, mostly newer releases. They're on MP and provide demos.
  13. As Rowan said, imperfections in the sclera make eyes feel more "real". Very good idea to incorporate. Another tip thats entirely up to preference is a bit heavier shadowing on the edges. Makes some eyes feel really set in the skull, but some don't like it since it can be overdone sometimes.
  14. Certainly able to have differing in-world and MP prices, seeing as a large percent of creators upsell on the MP to counter-act a chunk of the MP fees. Though, is that the same thing? It might be different. As for the SCALE of the discount/difference, I don't know.
