If they wanted to reform suffrage it isn't proportional representation that is needed. Instead they should give one additional vote for every 10 points of IQ over 100, and disallow those with subnormal IQs from voting. That would get rid of the entire UKIP vote, most of the Greens and the majority of the Scots..
