Probably a LOT of new Houseboats are gonna be available--on Ahoy Matey and there abouts there are some nice sunset parcels and parcels with very lush landscape, willows and lots of flowers you don't normally see anywhere near boats!

Yeah, I noticed too. I liked her things as well~and I recall getting one of my favorite kitchens there. It was called the "Mermaids and Salty Dog Kitchen" I believe, and at the time it was so cute. This was back in like 2007ish.

The ceiling looks similar to the trad texture to me, but that molding, hmmmm, not sure: Here is a Victorian corner and it looks like there is a "false' wall behind the fridge and stuff. LOL So it might all be a house that was just privately bought and was used in the picture.

I have two very nice traditional homes to put into the cue--one is on Hammond Park and the other is on Gentle Grove. Will do this at about 5am SLT. That is, I will put them back then if I don't fall back asleep. It's about 5am where I am right now and like 2 am SLT, lol!! The Hammond Park is a super nice location--it's oceanside and I have never had it before, but I have a house 2 doors down on Rocky Heights, and the Gentle Grove is super nice as well, but I am letting it go because I am pretty sure I was there once before. It's giving me Deja-vu vibes. LOL Either that or I need waaaaaaaaaaaaay more coffee...
