I had one on Oak Knob that was pancake flat--actually two there that were side by side on a waterfall. I left them both, I have been looking for hills myself, lol. I have one on Carsons Folly that is pretty flat. The whole parcel is elevated, but the part where you "live" is pretty flat. Carsons Folley is a clone of Wapiti and Buttercup Lane, and the Oak Knob is a clone of Gilead and Clemente. I don't think any of those are available, but you might want to look out for some future clones.

In the advance menu (at least in Firestorm) advanced>debug settings>showbanlines You have the option to make it false (then that turns them off). You can turn on advanced menu is preferences and then it will be a link at the very top of the brower.

I hope some new ranches appear soon, I got one, but I am curious as to what they add next! I am sure there are others out there still seeking one too.

Every time I land a spot I like; someone moves in with an enormous (often the size of the entire back end of the parcel) out of theme pool. I like the Ranches, but I can save 29.99 if I can't get away from the swimming pools, haunted houses, palm trees, and other assorted things that seem absurd to me lol.
