my account is 9 years old, how can I pay the account renewal with my Lindens existence

I have tried several combinations, draw distance, bandwidth, but the rezzing is too slow, and usually avatar faces are in grey and even their bodies....what else can I do....I am not an expert

I am the owner of 300 sq.ms. of land in Specter, i want to complete the amount of 512 sq.ms. accoprding to Lindens Terms of Service, Should I abandon the land and then, how could I get the new one and where is it located. thanks in advance AgusGiha
