And ofcourse it sounds logic me to be responsble for the fees to be paid to the landowner, even me renting out a part or more parts. As long the landlord agrees these activities, there is to my opinion no need to pay a commission directly to LL from the rent paid by tenants to me for the rented place/object. Ty, that's completely true, the landlord has to agree. But... Incase of a full estate situation directly from Linden (still a kind of renting, you can't buy for lifetime) and then having a homestead as well.... will it then be possible of Linden charging commission............?

in short: NO..! but if a person has right's on a place, can be a house she lives in or a piece of land, you could get a BAN. That will then only be for places that person can control. If that person knows your friends name as well, then it's the same for your friends. Actually being "killed" isn't possible as mentioned in the first answer. just be aware a person can track you if you are online, but never where you are in SL.... except: If you wear an item (collar, ring, shoes, whatever) and that contains a script messaging that person about your location. So if that person always knows to find you even on places where you are sure of never been there before, check if you have a gift from that person received containing that script. If so, detach it from yourself and it is over. then remains only that the person knows that you are online. and you can block the person im's, so you will not be disturbed anymore. But, always is better to solve the issue.. Good Luck...

Hi, I would say: depending the purpose. I see a lot of persons enjoying themselves as a dancer or DJ, and they get some $L. Unless there's no "buying of membership" or land, VAT is not needed to pay as the $L stays in SL ( am I really correct..?) When it's about taking out Lindens into cash on a RL bankaccount you might need to declare it at the Taxes as income. This is also depending in what country that person is registered, as some countries are excepted from paying VAT. Good luck...

Hello All, As learning day by day in SL I'd like to know the following part: I have a windmill, scripted for rotating on the wind (direction) and the rotation-speed of the mill itself. that script is modify so good to learn with. Will it be possible to create a lamp/light what becomes brighter when the windspeed of SL is increasing and viceversa...? no wind, no light ofcourse... searched a lot, didn't find such a thing yet, not even with my best frien G**gle. Thank you for the fast reply. I fully agree, and as I discovered there is still mainland free between houses. So houses aren't with the borders connected and indeed in most locations it is not possible. The 5 times changing rule I can understand, pitty is only lot of houses aren't occupied when checking it but you can't get one of them if you found one. So a inworld search is possible, but as houses are randomly given out the chance is close to 0 tot find some on agood spot. Anyway I will give it a try...

After an Linden reset all is working now... problem resolved.

Hello to all, Finally I've found a nice Lindenhouse on their mainland. All is so nice except one small detail, the house should be 90 degrees clockwise rotated. Because the nice view from the house isn't possible. I'm wondering why the houses are build so close to eachother where you can really look into other houses and just a rotation should make a major difference. Is there a possability to get suport for this...? I mean: can on request Linden rotate or do I have to accept as is...?? Looking forward on some answers... Regards, Keessie

thank's for the answer, changed all settings as mentioned, IM to email when offline is working now. but from several object's what's supposed to send messages to email by the script (when offline) is still not working.....

Hi, Turn off RLV, then make a restart of your viewer. After this you can take off all clothes what are locked on you, re-dress and continue the fun in SL. Succes

I'm using an avi online tracker what is sending by email the on/off line status. As I didn't have a home/land I used it on a friends sim and worked well. Recently I changed free membership to premium and got myself a Linden home. From this moment that tracker (moved to my place) isn't working well anymore, means not sending by email the information. When setting it up again else where on a sim, it's working fine again. Also I've noticed that all message sent as IM to me aren't sent to email when offline. Any one a clue.......? Regards, Keessie
