Graphic cards need driver-updates. The website of the graphic' card manufacturer should supply you latest drivers for your specific system. Check at HP for the specific details of the graphical unit your system has. Or check with your operating system by checking the properties of your graphics in your notebook.

1. Did you try latest Development Viewer ? Should be a 3.02 version by now I think. 2. I see a thread about NVidia driver issues trying to support latest cards. How recent is your driver ? 3. Out of 2 follows : did you experience these issues already before any driver update ( perhaps related ?) and if not can you possibly revert to an older driver ? Good luck in solving your issues. I myself am on a NVidia ION machine running W7 and viewer 3.02 without crashing issues. Have not updated driver to latest.
