  2. NealCrz wrote: Beautiful pictures which house is that? And, yea Santa stopped me and said --- naughty list lol. It's at the Holiday Village, Neal; one of my favourite places to go iceskating in SL. Yesterday was crazy-busy there, which always makes it more fun.
  3. valerie Inshan wrote: Waiting for Santa, I've decided to put some posters of him in my house. I love these old Coke ads by Norman Rockwell! Aww! I love those ads too. I'm not sure I believe that you're French anymore though-- isn't a French person owning a Union Jack couch a bit like a Red Sox fan cheering for the Yankees? *dashes off into the snow before you can smack her*
  4. valerie Inshan wrote: The are wondeful pictures Ko! Looks like a dream... :smileyhappy: Skate safely and don't get too close those polar bears! Oh, Val, I'm Alaskan-- we know how to deal with polar bears: give them a husky to snuggle! *looks at Sara's new puppy with a cheeky smile*
  5. Saraya Starr wrote: I said I would never change my shape for mesh..well *coughs* I loved this top from League so much that I did a bit of minor tweaking to make it fit..lol. So, new top and new hair from ploom So begins the slippery mesh-shape-changing slope, giggle. You look completely different though, Sara-- I didn't recognize you. Gorgeous.
  6. valerie Inshan wrote: I've just adopted this adorable little fellow. (Or did HE adopt me?) :smileyhappy: Val... uhm... last I read you were at Zooby's looking at cats. Are you sure taking in a sweet little robin is wise?
  7. :matte-motes-agape: Neal! You'd pick the lock to Santa's workshop and risk not getting any presents? Christmassiness hit me today also. A good day to ice-skate.
  8. Ohmahgah! You both have such nice houses -- houses that're about to be chewed up, hairballed-on and pet-hair-coated. :D Really though-- these photos made me grin. And Val, you almost have enough to start a circus?
  9. Saraya Starr wrote: Well here she is..my lovely dog Sadie  So adorable! Can we hitch her to a sled?
  10. Haha Neal, but some things just aren't appropriate for public forums. Have more cake instead?
  11. So it was my third rezday yesterday and my girlfriend waited for me to log in before jumping out of a cake. I won't be posting photos of that rofl, but here we are about to go dancing. Yes we're wearing the same dress. I'm also pretty sure it's the same one Venus was wearing a page or so back...
  12. Awwwhh stop! You're making me want a puppy!
  13. Saraya Starr wrote: Yep Ko, found that out from a couple people and once I saw Val's dogs I fell in love and had to have one I'm leaning towards the Husky as well, might go pick her up today Already have a name too, she will be called Sadie after my own RL dog Post photos if you get her, Sara.
  14. valerie Inshan wrote: "expensive vintage French laundry soap": Exactly! Thank you Ko, I'm a sucker for those little details, which are in general damn prim eaters, btw! As for the dog park, if you want to spend a funny time petting all the different breeds they have, go to VKC dogs sim. The cool thing is that you can play with them without necessarily buying them. :smileyhappy: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Turing%20Isle/128/130/28 I was actually out looking at SL pets the other day, although I was at Zooby's and not VKC. I'll definitely check this dog-park out but I'm sort of tempted to just kidnap Bo from you-- or from Sara, since I swear I've seen him wandering over to her sim some mornings. My friend Ro insisted once that we find a friend named Bo and start a band called RoBo Ko. She didn't, however, specify that the third member had to be human...
  15. Venus Petrov wrote: Out to test the snow this morning...not quite dressed for it but that's SL for you. This dress! <3 You look gorgeous in it, Venus. You sorta look like you're dancing from foot-to-foot in cold though.
  16. Your house has so many neat little details, Val. What is that on the washer? A book? Or some kind of expensive vintage French laundry soap? *squints while grinning* Super-cute snuggly sweater, also.
  17. Aww, I had no idea there was such a thing as a dog-park in SL. :} Did you take one home yet? I vote husky-- he's beautiful!
  18. Saraya Starr wrote: Well posting some pics from Edge..never been here..lag is awful and standing around waiting for my dance hud to start working Okay, I realize this is an insensitive time to ask, but: Marry me?
  19. Randall Ahren wrote: Should I kill myself, or have a cup of coffee? Inspiration: Suicide Awareness Hunt Quote: Albert Camus Do you have a link or SLurl I can follow for more info about this hunt, Randall?
  20. valerie Inshan wrote: Ko, your shots are fantastic! they make me feel I shoot some lousy polaroids whilst yours are works of art taken with a Hasselblad! :matte-motes-agape: Oh I didn't take those shots, Val, I was just the model! I wish my pics came out so clear and sharp as Berry's, but I need two hours of photoshopping to make my stuff look half as good as hers lol. I'm right there with ya, polaroiding away. :}
  21. Saraya Starr wrote: *sighs* I know this is not the right forum to babble on about this, but a lot of you here I am close to. I feel so sad tonight. I ended an almost 4 year SL friendship with someone and it hurt to do so, we were supposedly closer than sisters, told each other everything, knew about each others personal lives, cried with each other when things got bad, but lately, she drifted away, actually, it has been coming for months, she changed greatly. I guess what pushed me finally to end it was finding out quite a few things about what she has done, to me personally. I finally know, but won't go into, things she has done to me behind my back which explains the question I always had of why my partner kicked me out without a word Sorry for rambling on, but I have no one else to say this to... *wraps you in the gentlest hug* I'm so sorry, love. I wish betrayal in SL wasn't... such a flippant and easy-seeming thing, and that relationships here wouldn't break suddenly with hardly a thought. Also, a) you're incredibly lovely.... so b) your friend and partner have to be nuts... and c) I'm bringing over an armload of chocolate so we can camp out on your porch-swing tonight and hiss at people who should have more decency than they do.
  22. Wow, you guys have been posting like crazy since last I checked this thread! I just started working on a machinima (gulp) so I don't have any photos to add myself, but I did a new shoot with Strawberry Singh last week and I don't think it gets much more vain than that. :} Here are a couple of my favourites: This was right after Halloween so, my retired-vampiress look was still clinging to me. More um... human. At the end of the shoot I asked Berry to pose with me for one-- and I'm posting it to prove that I'm not as short as some people on this forum seem to think.
  23. This happened to me when I first joined SL while living in Thailand... and while I'm not entirely sure that was the issue, the only way I could buy $L for a long time was to use Paypal. Have you tried that route at all?
