I cannot login to secondlife from default and sl viewer. Is the game offline now?

Nope.  (See the Grid Status Blog, accessible from the top of the page in the forums)  However, note that today is Wednesday, so RC regions are in their normal weekly rolling restart mode.

Cannot login. Sometimes it's being stuck on handshake, sometimes on loading world or showing that I have network problem. Would someone use AnyDesk to fix it?

As you probably know, this is a resident to resident forum, so you are conversing with other SL residents, not with Linden Lab.  We don't have access to AnyDesk.  In fact, I don't even know what it is. I'd suggest that you start troubleshooting by reading the basic information here >>> https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/fs_login_issues .  It's Firestorm's wiki, but the advice would be the same regardless of which viewer you were using.  If you've tried everything and are still having trouble, you can try submitting a support ticket.  There are a limited number of things that LL can do from their end, though.

Assuming Anydesk is a remote PC support program, I recommend not letting random people control your PC remotely.
