Looking for a nice single floor home with a more open floor plan

Can anyone recommend a single floor house (no stairs), preferably modern/beach house? The max footprint I would use is 50x50. I prefer more of an open floor plan and do not need something furnished. What are some of the best home residential housemakers? Looking for only high quality homes.

Onsu has some really nice houses  very open floor plans.

Scarlet Creative and Trompe both have many things like these. I'd start at Scarlet along the beachfront homes.

(Those two are my faves, I probably own 25 of their houses in total.)

Trompe Loeil has plenty single floor homes with an open interior, definitely check those out!
