those are around for a long time already, on availablity.

The next theme, Newbrooke, was previewed just before Christmas and is likely to be released sometime in the coming months. That's all anybody knows. I'm sure it all depends on how fast LDPW can get the final pieces through testing and on the ground.  As Rowan says, watch the updates thread in the Linden Homes forum.
