If you are using the same skin on both parts and have tired the Bakes on Mesh feature (assuming there is one on the items you have) then it is most likely because there IS an issue with Jake (well known - I don't have the body - it may have been fixed recently or not :D).   So you wear turtlenecks or  "chokers - collars" that will cover it up. There are some neck fixes that you can buy to help but I haven't heard any rave reviews for your particular problem.  That's all I know. Not a guy.

Have you updated both your head and body as of late?

Belleza recently released an update which includes conformance to the SLNeck standard, which resolves neck issues for all heads that use the standard (Essentially any head made in the past year, and heads that creators have updated to conform).

Try updating both and let us know what happens.

i have not long got the belleza skin when it was on offer dunno if there has been update since then about beginning of september

Not the skin. You need to make sure that you have the newest versions of the head and body.

before you again talk bs about a brand, did you read the manuals about the neck settings in the catwa main hud?

your lightning settings?.. same skin on both items( it doesn't look to me)? neck size? glow?

this is one of my necks, catwa+jake, no blenders or other neckfixes
