Marisa Starbrook Posted March 25, 2021 Share Posted March 25, 2021 Live chat is our friend. I contacted them, and they immediately came out and fixed the issue. It’s getting to be a common feature in several of the themes. The only controller I was ever able to reset was on the stilts. I go directly to support when I encounter the problem. When the OP did that, it failed to remove the previous home and just dropped a new one on top of it. Contacting Support is the way to go, and I second the recommendation to contact Live Chat.
