I cant log in, it says my user name and password are incorrect, have i been banned?

I keep trying to log in, but no luck, I had a fight with a girl who messaged me at random and told me i was fat and i offended her, I was trying to file a report on her and accidently posted it in the main chat window, and then i havent been able to log in since, does anyone know what happens when you are banned?

If you would be banned you would get a different message. Are you sure you entered username and password correct? Have you tried a different viewer if you can login with it?

If you were banned you wouldn`t be able to login to the website or post here, so safe to say you are not banned....Just have a guilty conscience hehe

Try rebooting your computer and resetting your router (leaving it off for at least 10 secs) and then try logging in to a different start location.

Hello silver. Try to retype your username and password more carefully. If you are banned you didint get that message.

Remember that your password is case sensitive, so MyPassword is not the same as mypassword.

Have a look if Caps Lock is not on. Have you changed password recently?
