HELP _ I'm a Puff of Orange Smoke

I've been a puff of orange smoke since yesterday. I've tried rebaking, changing sims, anything I could think of but nothing is working. As you can tell, i'm not much of a techie so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Are you getting errors, like your shape being corrupted?  One thing that sometimes works is changing groups . Not even sure why, but worth a shot!

As Marianne said ^. Clear cache and try that reset to default avatar bit. When in doubt, Ruth it out.

Make sure you are wearing a skin, shape, eyes & hair base these are the 4 essential elements of an avatar if one of those is not worn it'll make you an orang cloud

This is the issue almost every time I am an orange cloud.
