I'm an Escort, so I don't earn enormous amounts, and have to split the income between maintaining myself and a rental. It has to be in an "A" region obviously. Preferably properly furnished. You can buy your own skybox and make it exactly how you want it. Shopping for furniture and decorating your home is almost as fun as buying clothes. There’s more initial cost when you BYOH (bring your own home) but you make that back in rent savings. Plus, you don’t have to rely on home decor chosen by the landlord. With a skybox you can choose parcels that aren’t good looking on the ground. You can always teleport to a beach or park. Stay away from sim corners and sim edges which can be laggy. Also, check the parcel population throughout the day and night. Make sure you don’t have constantly logged in neighbors nearby. Look out for any clubs on the parcel.
