Renting a place

I rented a nice skybox, and I had issues with it, so the owner returned my $L. I need to get a decent one to take my clients to. I'm an Escort, so I don't earn enormous amounts, and have to split the income between maintaining myself and a rental. It has to be in an "A" region obviously. Preferably properly furnished. Any suggestions anyone???

Not really, no. You're more or less doing ... Home Office... not advertising an adult location.

It can be also in moderate region if you do your naked things inside and in private. I have some starting from 290 per week. Nice locations. Depends what are you looking for. In case just write me

I have a home, but I don't do sex there. I don't want some guy showing up acting like we are meant for each other just because we pumped pixels. I find other places to do the deed, not all of them rated adult. There are plenty of moderate areas you can used as long as you keep it indoors.

The cheapest method is to rent an empty parcel. No extras means no additional cost to you. You can buy your own skybox and make it exactly how you want it. Shopping for furniture and decorating your home is almost as fun as buying clothes. There’s more initial cost when you BYOH (bring your own home) but you make that back in rent savings. Plus, you don’t have to rely on home decor chosen by the landlord. With a skybox you can choose parcels that aren’t good looking on the ground. You can always teleport to a beach or park. Stay away from sim corners and sim edges which can be laggy. Also, check the parcel population throughout the day and night. Make sure you don’t have constantly logged in neighbors nearby. Look out for any clubs on the parcel. You can probably set up in M land but not PG.
