SilverienaWindren Posted March 27, 2020 Share Posted March 27, 2020 Hello, Not sure if there is another thread like this if there is something simular, sorry to create this one, however, having issues with my Linden home in Sario, when I click on the mailbox I get this https://gyazo.com/b99b5fa1bd61e7a575cf8aae28e7a584 and when I press 'ok' I get this https://gyazo.com/6daacf63de4aae1313f8efe17ac11e8d I -do- wait 30 seconds but nothing happens, I wanted to changed my home look to a different one on the same spot like before, question is...anyone else have had this issue too? If that doesn't do the trick, wait till Live Chat support is open tomorrow, and contact LL that way for help. (Chat is faster than filing a ticket.) Try reset the mailbox yourself first and if that does not work, send a ticket for support. Tickets are resolved pretty quickly, though. I happened to contact live chat right when it closed shortly after 6. A Linden converted my chat into a ticket and reached out the next morning. Moles Abnor Mole Posted March 29, 2020 Moles Share Posted March 29, 2020 When that happens and you don't get all the menu options the mailbox script needs reset, which residents can do by clicking and holding it a few seconds. If you get the menu but a house will not rez then the actual house rezzer most likely needs to be reset for the region, which only Moles or Lindens can do. 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
