Hello all.

I have converted the Shelley back porch into a kitchen. I have the basics set up (See image), but would now like to add some pans on the stove, game hanging from the pot rack, vegetables and meat on the work surface etc.

Any suggestions where I can purchase good quality items most gratefully received :)

MedievalFantasy in the Marketplace has some hanging meats and fun stuffs.

They look great but I think you have to purchase the whole display :(

The meat is the most realistic I have seen so far though so it is on my list of possibilities ;)

I've used this and taken apart the items in some of my RP places.  They have a decent hanging rabbit.

Many thanks. I shall summon my carriage and pay a visit :)

Hello all :)

The kitchen is starting to take shape now. I am still seeking some good quality basic ingredients such as a couple of onions and tomatoes, and some assorted herbs.

I have the meat, carrots, garlic and a jar of basil but need the final ingredients on the table to achieve the authentic look.

I saw a wooden cutting board with herbs on it in this store: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Pure Dreams/132/108/18

They also have hanging dried herbs, potted ones and other nice food/kitchen stuff you might want to check. And yes, your kitchen looks great! :)

I love the stuff at [DDD] ~ Dysfunctionality - she has really nice low Li (often 1 Li) and detailed vintage kitchen items.  There's a hanging supplies rack (with herb and garlic) that's also in a wall mounted version.  Only problem is that you can't take them apart usually. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/DDD-Rustic-Metal-Ceiling-Hooks-Supplies-100-Mesh/4707663  https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/DDD-Rustic-Metal-Wall-Hooks-Supplies-100-Mesh/4707651

Some nice filled shelves as well, with dishes and bottles and whatnots there.  And "Old World" has a lot of vegetables, this might work  https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Food-for-tavern-v1-Old-World-Medieval-Rustic/2279006 or this  https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Food-on-wood-board-v3-Old-World-Medieval-Rustic/17300321

You were so right! The herbs and especially the vegetables are the best I have seen :)

I accidentally bought the fatpack ;)

The vegetables and herbs have really added some needed ambience to the kitchen.

Now I can concentrate on my research while Mrs Hudson takes charge of running the house :)

All that is needed now are a few wall hangings to give it the final touch :)
