you can receive the IM's as email .. and respond back to it with your emailprogram ( +/- 5 days if i'm not wrong)

Other options are txt based viewers, so you'd be logged in.

I think it's only +5 days, Alwin. -5 requires a li'l magic. ;-).

we use +/- for around/almost/near/..   .. not as +5 or - 5 

most limits on sl depend on timezone. And depending on the description 24h can be totally different than a day ..
