ok so i have a friend here in sl that just updated her firestorm and she has a folder that is now just completely gone and cant find it anywhere

what do we do to get her stuff back?

Darn it, my post was removed.  Too many asterisks, I guess.

Anyway, rather than complain about foul language, I really only wanted to note two things for the OP:

First, I can often recover "missing" inventory folders by just clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the inventory window and choosing "New Inventory Window."  If the missing folders appear in the new window, just close the old one and go on your merry way.

Start by not swearing.

After that get her to try the steps on <link removed, as you don't deserve help due to swearing> which almost always fixes the problem.
