Love Zhaoying
I always use the excuse "my camera must be broken" when I take a particularly ugly picture of myself.
Skell Dagger
Try holding down Shift and clicking the Esc key. That should reset it.

Skell Dagger
Are you wearing anything scripted (eg: RLV items such as OpenCollar) that may reset your camera angle? I assume you've also tried hitting CTRL+9 a few times, as well?

Talligurl
Can you move the camera around normally? Is it just resetting to this position when you move?
Klytyna
Not sure why rlv was mentioned, there are more 'camera position huds that don't use rlv than those that do, and camera positioning in OC hasn't been standard fit for a long while now, and even when it was, the 'god' preset didn't look like this. This looks like the 'default' camera position and lookat points have been edited via debug settings, so pressing escape just slams the camera back where it's not wanted. FIRST thing you do, is open the camera controls tool popup, the one that has the 3 tabs, 1 with that trackball thing for looking around, one with mouselook button, and... the one that lets you choose 'front' side' rear'. Change to the different cameras with that, and walk about a bit, see if the camera STILL reverts to the wrong position on each preset, REMOVE ALL attachments if it does and repeat, in case you have some camera hud on. Then if you still have badly positioned camera, go digging in the camera preset debug settings.
