most demo's are indeed for sale, but look at the price, that's nearly always 0 ..or very few at most 1L$.

 

Try before you buy... doesn't mean you have to spend tons of money.

And there is not "a shop" ..there are thousends inworld.

Good free stuff tends to have good reviews, so filter your search on price 0-10, then sort on rating. I found lots of good free (well, 1 L$) hair  in one particular shop.

Go over to the Your Avatar section of the regular forums and ask for help with finding good free hair.  They love to help with anything and you may even make a new friend or two.

By "the shop" I assume you mean the Marketplace section of this site. Just for your information, there are also thousands of stores actually in world. But to filter out the demos when searching the Marketplace, add the words NOT demo, with NOT in caps, to your search terms, then filter the results to show only the free items with the price ranges on the left.
