Places to Park RV without auto return

Hello everyone.

I'm about to become homeless in second life and I was wondering if there are any good campground spots or placed I can park my motor home at for free? When I'm done using it, I'll pick it up.

The guy in this thread claims to have free land for rezzing.

But otherwise, for a self-contained RV, why not just rez it out and sit on it when you want to use it? If there's auto-return, all the better: it will automatically tidy up so you won't need to bother picking it up.

I'd only Park there when online. The reason I say no or a longer auto return is because I do move around the vehicle. If the parcel owner didn't want me to Park there, I'll gladly move. I'll never leave the vehicle unattended. If I were gonna leave the vehicle unattended, then I'd be willing to pay rent.

Because if I stop in a place for a certain period of time that had either a 5 or 10 minute auto return, if I'm sitting on object for longer than that time, the item poofs within a few seconds.

Create an alt and have it sit on it while you move about.  woot!

That's exactly what I do when sailing. I even sell an automated script to do the job at the click of a button.

Is it so that your version 2.0 works also with no-mod vehicles? I assume so as it has a HUD; no need to add script onto the vehicle like in the case with version 1.1, is this correct?.
