No, you can't.  You need a real computer to run a SL viewer.  There are very limited options (mostly text-only) for mobile devices.  Nothing for something like a Kindle.

Well, the Kindle Fire is a tablet, of sorts.

Second Life is NOT intended to run on tablets, netbooks, Chromebooks, smartphones, or any of the neat little portable things with screens that are going around these days.  You're supposed to run it on a real computer, with a real graphics card and a hardwired fast internet connection.

Having said that, there are some exceptions.  There's a text-only application for Apple devices called Pocket Metaverse.  There are a couple of applications for Android devices -- my favorite is Lumiya, which has a limited graphical interface.

There is nothing for Windows Mobile, or for Kindle.
