"A chill is in the air, that damp time when the seasons change once again. Walking the streets at Templemore City, it didn't take me long to find a photo op spot. Feeling a bit Parisienne in my jaunty hat and stylish coat, a city backdrop was on the agenda -- and happily easy to find." Read more on the blog.

"Hi, I’m back! I was on vacation for a little over a week. Earlier this month, I was preparing for my one year anniversary with Ara. I recreated her favorite city in the world… London! Parts of the sim are inspired by Trafalgar Square, St. James Park, Kensington Park, Queen’s Gate, SoHo, Chinatown and" Read more on the blog.

"As yet another experiment in virtual cinematography (and as a nice way to relax), here is a leisurely, 360-degree panning shot that I did while floating in Second Life's Blake Sea—with my draw distance cranked up to 600 meters. The EEP Sky preset that I used while filming was [TOR] HORROR - Bloody moon. I also tweaked things a bit in my video editor, mainly in order to reduce color banding and to make the sky feel a little more vibrant, and a little less grim, than the name of that aforementioned preset would suggest." "I’ve written about golf in Second life in these pages a number of times; whilst hardly a fan of the game in the physical world – I tend to be firmly in the Arthur Myers camp that “to play golf is to spoil an otherwise enjoyable walk” (Lawn Tennis At Home & Abroad, 1903, and often quite apocryphally attributed to Mark Twain as “golf is a good walk spoiled”), I do enjoy the occasional round with Caitlyn in-world. So, when Kali Rose recently invited me to pay a visit to The Raven’s Nest and try a round of something called disc golf – which I confess I’d never actually heard of before – it seemed like I should hop over hop over and try things out." "On February 18, I saw an email from the wonderful Mr. Lawrence Pryce, inviting me to create a spring-like picture for his Bloom of Spring Campaign. I hesitated since I was unable to move my left arm, making it impossible to properly edit a picture in Photoshop. But I figured, since the deadline was a month away, I could work on the picture bit by bit and make it happen." Read more on the blog.
"Nothing really seems permanent.Sometimes there is a moment in life when we realize that something has changed in our life. Theda, experience that moment as she had to give up her RL artwork because her life had changed. And because she’s a strong, smart, and capable person, she has found ways to make a new direction meaningful for her." Read more on the blog.
"Good old mainland in Second Life holds some precious jewels — and Hiraya Township, located in Heterocera Atoll, is one of those invaluable gems. With different areas for visitors to enjoy, it occupies the entire region of Bedstraw and extends into some neighboring sims. Although it is mainly designed as a Japanese urban zone, the place nicely articulates with parks, natural areas and adjacent initiatives which include even a space station for those who want to venture into outer space." "Back in October when I started this website, I just missed out on a number of Second Life Hotels, which had closed for the Winter season. One of those was the Royal Bali Resort, which from the website, looked amazing. At the time, Royal Bali's owners transferred the reception and spa area onto a much smaller plot of land in a sailable sim, and kept that part open for visitors." Read more on the blog.
"A few things recently have set me thinking about the nature of virtual vs physical realities. The first of those came out in my post about Virtual Hugs, which seemed to be very positively received. In that piece I talked about the importance of emotional attachment to your avatar." Read more on the blog.
