Does not LL handle the harassment issues any longer?

I have been harassed by the same person since March 2015.. I have filed several reports, They continue to make alts as well. Does LL not deal with this issue any longer?

Linden Lab investigates all Abuse Reports where there is reason to believe that there has been a violation of the TOS or related policies. Harrassment is a violation of the Community Standards, so that counts.  The difficulty is that reports of harrassment are hard to verify unless they include specific information about times and places and they refer to chat or IM conversations that can be checked.  Otherwise, they come down to "he said / she said" reports that are inconclusive.  When you submit an Abuse Report, then, be sure that it has as much clear evidence as you can provide, and make reference to specific parts of the TOS or Community Standards that may be relevant.

He can follow you even if blacklisted,some nasty person has done it to me,can even get through the security at my house to leave photos etc .myfanwy Acer.

I am going to be forced to leave SL because of him
