I don't play that way I like to wait until they have left the home and then abandon and risk it back myself. You can't trust that they won't also be doing this also if you are using the one home for another abandon then there might be a little awkward minute whilst you hop from one to the other so I feel very impolite to be caught in that position - sorry if you see my around doing this I am not waiting to see if you abnadon!

I get people at releases standing on parcels and then I get the parcel in a release and they are still standing on the parcel waiting. Waiting for me to release it. But I am not going to do that with someone on the parcel or maybe I am keeping the parcel so perhaps can the LH security system help? I don't actually use it as usually these people move it after an hour or so.

Nicely done thank you for the nod there - I made some wallower walls that even a Linden has procured from me that were just a very basic solution to a problem I has having with the design and layout of it. Some parcels really suit the wallower but you can struggle with the inside. This is a nice add on I'm sure it will fit sensitively in with the surroundings!

The starter reason is in the first post - to keep track of homes showing on the LP to see if there is any kind of pattern / schedule / reasoning ..... It turned into abandon announcements too. This can sometimes help people to click at the right time. But because no one really knows when a home goes to the LP there is no promise of getting a home anyway in this way. But it has worked for many people. There is a problem in so many people lurking this thread not just actively posting. Tons of people see the announcements and click all together this increases competition and decreases your chances. If the house actually does go straight to the LP after abandon which is kind of the point of the thread to begin with.

That happened to me! I never ticked the accept terms but I've somehow had a mysterious Meadowbrook and Trads going in that I never completed transactions on....

I know if I try during the N. America working day I can't get an abandon - too many people on the LP. I am SLT plus 8 and I click randomly from 6 am to 10 pm . But if you put "good ones" as being "close to the water" you have already increased your competition and lowered your chances. Most sought after thing right now seems to be exactly that. But wait until the log home release starts ....

I think there is only like 3 homes on that region so that was very lucky indeed and also why they went so fast!!

There was communication about the last one. At least my alt is happy enough with the situation
