  1. Lacrime dell'anima has 2 items on sale for 25 Linden Tuesday - the pallet bed is 5 LI, and comes in 3 colorways (each sold separately) with 2 designs for each color. (The triangles and LOD are good, if I interpret the info correctly.) The candles are 2 LI each. The hanging chair is 8 LI. (Note that these items are upstairs.)
  2. This entire Moroccan set (PG or A) is only 60L$ at Bee Designs through Sunday. (Smaller sofa 8 LI; larger sofa 12 LI; round table 2 LI; lantern 4 LI; floor pillow 2 LI; round rug linked to rectangular rug 2 LI; rectangular rug 2 LI; hanging rug 2 LI; tiled panels 1 LI each.)
  3. Did we previously know that Patch is/was an actor? ("A tribute to one of my inspirations as an actor, Christopher Plummer.")
  4. For those with a musical theme in their homes - this collection from Artisan Fantasy is on sale today for 25L$. The old-fashioned radio looks pretty good, and the metronome is animated with sound and only 1 LI!
  5. EVHAH has this Sun Comfy lounger (20 LI, A, 60L$) with 5 texture-change options on sale for Happy Weekend.
  6. Everyone needs shelves, right? If you want an alternative to wooden shelves, take a look at Acrid's marble wall shelves - 1 LI each shelf, available as a dark set or light set for 60L$.
  7. Your Dreams has this living room set on sale for 60L$ for Happy Weekend. Small sofa 8 LI, large sofa 10 LI, round rug 3 LI, table with pitcher and glasses 2 LI. (Ignore the magenta tone to the photo - not sure what happened there, but the white/off-white and light gray sofas don't have that cast.)
  8. Also at Zerkalo, the "elegant coffee table" in dark wood or white. 4 LI and 75L$ each.
  9. Some nice items on sale this weekend! It's been a while since I've seen something I really like at Zerkalo that doesn't break the bank in terms of land impact. This California couch (PG only) comes in at only 6 LI. The coffee table is 3 LI (and was an advent calendar gift this Christmas, so check your inventories before buying!), as is the California State wine rack, The flag and road sign are 1 LI each. Note that *each item* is sold separately, for 60L$.
  10. To me, the use of that blue and the glow implies an Avatar-like world. Also note the planets. The strands between the characters could be moss or seaweed or both. And do you remember one part of the film - the floating islands? So, there could be a combination landscape of forests/jungles and canyons with some houses on floating islands (could a new feature be that everyone would be able to explore areas *under* floating parcels without running into boundaries and security orbs?) and some in trees (LOTR). Maybe a few deep underwater cave or bubble homes for the mer-fans. None of it would entice me to take on another home, but it would be a wonderful place to explore.
  11. Patch has said in the past that the big releases would never taken place on a weekend. Too many people from several teams are required to make that happen.
  12. For those who are having a hard time picturing the with walls/without walls configuration, here's what the Ravensburg (top) and Reizend interiors look like. Photos were taken from the front right corner. (Excuse the awful perspective!)
  13. On closer inspection, they are. But the first 2 times I visited that house, I did wonder what the hell that was supposed to be!
  14. Thanks, Quartz - I'm hoping the flower box won't be 'fixed' in its current position at the entrance to the Reizend, with its butt appearing as a 'feature' in the dining room area!
  15. And, at Consignment... this patio sofa in green (includes Adult animations) - 3 LI, and "Pitted Bruce Statue" in silver, also 3 LI. 50L$ each.
  16. Muniick's weekend sales: 1) Wooden lockers (4 LI) with texture change and opening doors, small plant 1 LI and large plant 2 LI - 50L$ 2) Kitchen island (5 LI) and stools (2 LI each) - PG or A 60L$
  17. Everyone was new at one time, and there will continue to be new account holders for as long as SL continues. I've been a premium account holder in SL for about 10 years - and had a Meadowbrook for 8 of those. Because I never visited the forums or tended to even look at the email account attached to my avatar, I didn't even know that Bellisseria existed until 3 months after the houseboats were released. When I discovered quite by chance that new houses existed, I made a point of looking for some information, and wound up here, in this thread. Plenty of people who are new to SL have done the same. All it takes is a bit of curiosity and initiative, especially as it relates to an investment of nearly $100.
  18. There's more kitchen stuff on sale at Muniick for 25 Linden Tuesday - mug stand is 2 LI as is the coffeemaker.
  19. I’m thinking... https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/the-jetsons-space-age-style/amp
  20. Once upon a time that was my understanding as well. But here in the UK, at least, it seems to be any table too tall and narrow in depth for a coffee table. Suitable for tchotchkas or, in our house, unopened mail and a bowl full of small hand sanitizers.
