Usually there is a popup notice that the sim is restarting. At least, that is how it works on my private region parcel. Someone mentioned that is why they go stand in the possible region opening up, see the notice, and start clicking manually.

Found a lovely spot for a Tahoe cabin - Willow model that is overlooking water in Buckbrush Grove. Only one neighbor on my right and trees on the left since it is a point of land. Took several days of clicking but found a spot that suited me. Added the two loft add-on's from the marketplace and will finish off decorating later. I just don't have the time to wait for a new Linden home every day. This suits me just fine.

Include seasonal changes in the geography such as autumn colors for trees and snow in the winter with spring and summer colors. Perhaps not for the current themes but if you are planning a theme in the mountains, I would love to see those seasons to match with landscaping I would be adding to a cabin or cottage.

First, land on the parcel where you wish to set a Pick. In SL Viewer, click on World - Place Profile. In the box that opens, look at the bottom right corner for a UP arrow. Click - Make a Landmark and Create a Pick both pop up. Click on Create a Pick, change the Title and Description into your own words if you wish if it is a personal Pick. Click on Save Pick. It will automatically appear in your Profile Picks in alphabetical order.
