it is rare case when person bought something he cant use. i also had case i refunded if i see person is not able to handle device - its better to refund then to explain sometimes even item isnt transfer and also if item isnt transfer you know at least they will not resell it or give to somebody. i had also case when i sent update to one of transfer item without exchange and next day i saw old version ON SALE on marketplace in Used Items. I also had idea to sell only copy/no trans items but i make animations, i cant sell no copy and copy items for same price at least because of respect to people who buy full perm stuff from me. and if to sell as copy price - customers complain for huge price. so its like standing on the edge of blade. anyway post is asking a question what you do with request to resend again and again no copy/trans items)))

ohhhh, i had long correspondence with family of Scouts and after even with Linden trying to prove review is off-subject but it is not problem - i commented review and every customer with brains will get this girl is wrong. i just want to make sure i am not alone who will refuse resending no copy/transfer items. thank you for your post)

thank you for answer. i would be glad to collect here some comments. Refusing to send no copy/transfer items - it is kinda our way to protect us from tossing items for free though i think LL should protect us a bit but they dont do. It is really bad when customers do not understand measure of their own responsibility for things they buy.

1. about delivery - i think its LL problem so they MUST STATE to contact THEM in case of fail and not to obligate merchants to resend things. because if we resend ourselves it all looks like our fault buyers did not get something. and it takes ages to explain you dont sit and dont drop to everyone things from your inventory when they pay for something. 2. i think every merchant should have store at least if he sells things that should be checked before purchase and it must be resposibility of buyer to check things before purchase. cos now they are not responsible for their choise and after some of them complain they bought something they dont like and it is no transfer so i cant refund. though i have store and expose all stuff there to check. same with demo - merchants have demo but anyway people buy things they dont like. there must be some responsibility from customer too. 3.4. recently i went into bad situation with reviews so i think there must be also opportunity to rate customers as i heard ebay does. so after a while people can see if person posts bad reviews everywhere because he is just as..h..le. I think it would prevent people from posting bad reviews especially most of cases it is their fault they are not pleased: did not read description, lazy to read instruction and not skilled enough to understand how to use, or just newbies, or was lazy to try in store. Some cases are really awful where you do all to please customer, send refund and so on and he forgets to remove his bad review. i agree review is good thing in some cases but i think mostly its just a tool to troll merchant. maybe it was even better if they could just rate without comments because comments sometimes are extremely silly. in common i agree with you. merchants are not safe at all. every as...h...l...e can copybot items and even listing and sell it and you will break your head down trying to contact LL, filling DMCA and so on. example is case when some people used hole in SL code and copied tons of no copy items and now they sell it as legal but 1/2 price cos there name of original creators. they even copied listings - photos, descriptions and merchants can do NOTHING about this cos it all comes as Limited Quantities (they copied enough no copy products). Also all these play with rates, buying reviews, bad review practice to kill merchant - its all awful and LL should work better to justify this 5% of sells we pay to them. actually i do not understand what i pay for if i dont have any safe or support (all support from them is links to blogs or wiki which i know).

Hello Guys. Recently i got some trouble with one newbie girl. She bought no copy/trans product from my store and stated in some days she did not get it through Direct Delivery. OK I resent her with Redelivery button on Marketplace. Within some days she contacted me again and said she lost, or broke, or again did not get it and asked to replace item again. She was completely enraged I said there is no multiply resend for transfer items due to opportunity to give them to others. She posted bad review and blablab saying I am liar and other merchants will always replace transfer items. So my question is WILL YOU RESEND again and again transfer items to customer by request? I dont ask what I should do in this case I just want to know your opinions or actions or expiriences. And notice - it is not just resend once because of Marketplace fail - its request to replace item whatever they did with it and anytime. Thank you!

i also have now this problem but i checked all over damn and i have no idea what i missed... window Active is not active for me. I even tried to change rating to Adult (pffft couple walker) but anyway i cant make it active... Maybe you will say me what field do you missed?

LL put themselves in own trap - tossing around abandoned land they filled market with TONS of resellers who dropped land prices drastically down so i have fun now watching Auctions. Land price on auction starts from 250 for 512 Moderate. HA HA HA - i can buy it in-world for 100 ld, dudes! Zindra is still fighting with this CRAZY low prices but will also fall soon. I bought my land for 5ld/sqm fighting for it and was sure its low price. Now i try to sell it for 4.5 and I CANT! cos cheap resellers sell land for 3! its a bit.... hmm... silly, for sure. Though i dont mind if i buy land for cheap price but when i need to swap it and i stuck with sale trying to justify even a bit tier i paid for the year... (33000ldx12 months.....................) If Linden Lab keeps it going why they just dont give all land for free then!?!?!?!?!?!?!?$!?!?!?!? allowing to real hungry sharks to make money on our needs?!?!?!?!??!?! situation is really dull. i cant sell land, i dont want to pay tier => i abandon => reseller buys it for 1 ld and sells it to me again for 3 ld. its all only makes me think Linden Lab supports speculations. The fun is these resellers know next minute that abandoned land is set for sale in-world and buy it. how they do it that fast? so it makes me also think Linden Lab supports speculations not by accident. You may call me paranoid but i dont want to make deals with mainland anymore cos its not that transparent, weird and unfair.

this sh... is true annoying i am premium acc and can contact damned live chat in live chat hours and i DO it every time! but if there are no live chat hours - I CANT LOG IN i checked: when i log off - i stay logged off for a while and in some time i log in again without myself even! and i stay online, i miss messages from customers and friends and for sure they think i am real as..ole cos i dont answer to them! its sh... f... and i cant find words for this cos i even have no idea who and why logs my avatar in. its not safe at all and only gives me reasons not to trust to Linden Lab anymore

my point is selling abandoned land without auctions is crazy idea. auctions were off not for a week at all. i buy land often and i prefer to do it on auctions, so i was looking for land and i monitor this market often enough cos need parcels all the time for different purposes and some months ago was my question to live chat where are auctions?! and they gave me link to http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Land/Announcing-an-Easier-Way-to-Purchase-Abandoned-Mainland-Property/ba-p/829263 it means if i want to buy land from linden lab i should break by head searching for that. at least on zindra. and i didnt have luck for all this time because land resellers have own scheme, they get abandoned land next minute after lindens set it for sell and immediately they put it in resell for price 300-600%. and now almost all land for sell on zindra is from land resellers. really, i take land not for business purpose so why should i pay overrated in reseller purse?! its just unfair and make level of speculations on land market very high.

when last time you looked Auctions link? till last time Auction link on website was empty. Also in search there was no auctions. If they still sell land for 1 ld - i hope they will really stop that doing without auctions cos all this land comes to land resellers and after to us for 5 ld/1 sqm. i will rather pay base price 1ld/1sqm to Linden Lab on auction than to resellers. Auction is easy to access at least and i can open auction link and see available land and bid that.

as i can see Linden Lab stopped crazy practice to sell abandoned land for 1 ld to land resellers and started to make auctions again. at least this way we all get chance again to buy new land for good price! hi5 Linden Lab!

actually its funny for me some ppl make conclusion its new way from linden lab to fight with bots. still all places that use bots and campers on the top of search page and real clubs with real visiters on the bottom. i would say if LL wants to remove bots - its easy just to read ARs. Myself i wrote TON of reports to places with bots and its easy to check! just fly to the bot skybox and you will see that! or fake sploders! do you really think 50 noobs will hang around sploder with 2 ld for whole day?! but time goes by and these places are still running (though they are empty really!!! no alive traffic there!!!) i wonder: 1. about stupidity of owners of that sims who thinks empty place will attract real people. person arrives in empty place, looks around and dont stay there. 2. vendors who places their stuff on that fake sims 3. Linden Lab who doesnt wish to check this obvious fraud even getting 20 reports about that.

i hardly doubt that this traffic numbers in land info and search in phoenix is truth. cos well-known bukk..ke bliss having full sim with 100 ppl ability and filled in a half most of time and my place is filled about 25-30 ppl all the time and in search results my place is having 14000 traffic (though usually its 35-40k) and Buk Bliss is just 10 000!!!! it truly affects our business if even search results are fake. marketplace is also bugging. results by Best selling are also broken. Idk wtf LL is doing there? If they are having troubles why they dont let us know anything on their official forum?

it shows OLD traffic! not updated. look in same viewer your land info and you will see there is same numbers as in phoenix. reason is Phoenix updates dayly at 1 am and shows wrong numbers and SL official viewer search doesnt updates at all!

lol. if traffic dropped down everywhere (its fact, just look search) - your vendors must remove their things from everywhere then) nothing changed - not traffic itself, ppl walk the smae, question is what with count, new system or just glitch and about bots... myself i reported some bot sims but looks like linden lab doesnt pay attention to that stuff anymore

traffic is lower but it doesnt change search results, my place is still in top cos traffic changed for everyone but would be really N I C E to get explanation from Linden Lab.
