  1. Thank you, Pamela and Sassy Yeah I think I got what I should do regarding this situation in future not to fall into long idiotic discussions. Bad thing is customers really think they can handle situation by threats to write 1star review, I do noticed it becomes tool to blackmail for them though all these reviews will be deleted by LL.
  2. Yeah, i do ask them to clear cache, relog, use search, put Received in general Inventory tab to appear in search and many other things. 99% cases end like "omg... Found... Sorry..." but today was hard case, customer couldnt find item and my last request usually is to send me screenshot with search results (99,9% find item on this step) but here i heard so many "nice" words about myself and no screenshot but promise about bad bad review. In fact i would like to know will LL investigate if they file ticket about failed delivery? Will LL check delivery or just resend? Or maybe LL really will do nothing and say kinda "request seller"?

  4. As i understand it is impossible to decline something from Direct Delivery so it is hard for me to understand how they did not get something. I got idea about rezz script but they really can lose something in their inv and find in some months and transfer it to friend or resell in a while (i did get cases of reselling transferable items that were redelivered)
  5. I get more and more requests to redeliver item from Direct Delivery. But problem is customers request to redeliver no copy items that were not delivered to them from marketplace (they say) though in order status is Delivered. I ask them to file support ticket because i can do nothing actually: item status is delivered, i get money but i cant check if it is really in their inv or they cant find it. I looked JIRA - i didnt find fresh issue about undelivered and all old commented as "file ticket to MP team". So actually i advice right thing but i always get negative reaction kinda " i paid you - send me what i paid for!" Question is i dont know what kind of issue is that if there is no any info about it. I cant send twice transferable item. I dont know if MP team is able to help here also. I dont like idea to get money for nothing but also i cant check their inv and dont like to send twice transferable things. Any of you got this issue recently?
  6. yes you know it is matter of honor and as was said before - matter of soul satisfaction. i will not tear apart someone's throat for some profit lindens. if about my business - yes i prefer customer to be satisfied, if he is not, i offer some another item or yes, i refund, even not taking linden's marketplace comission - i just refund. and no, i dont rise up priced for others. just because 1) i make good stuff 2)i make it good because i really like what i do 3) it is game and i take all responsibility of this. no need to say what is fair or no to my customers - this is off-top and if you are interested about my customers just look my reviews. i am proud of my business too. in my case about land i described here i dont regret about money - i get this sum in couple of days. i regret about people who act like greedy dorks. i regret i meet people like that in my life. answering your question about my noob's experience with land - i am thankful to that girl who refunded me and i think she is great doing this because profit should be made from something that is useful and not from air. i followed this policy too and i am happy i made many people satisfied. altruists? they make this world spin, not damned businessmen and profit catchers. good luck to you, Perrie Juran
  7. You know when i was young in SL i rented full sim and paid for month. In some days i changed mind and asked landlord if i can get refund. She paid me immediatelly sum without days i spent already. Same was when i rented to somebody - if person paid for a month and left in 10 days - it was matter of my honor to refund for 20 days he didnt use. What i had now - 4 years of responsible rent with balance of 200 usd sometimes in advance, purchase of full sim from this estate and -no refund, bye bye!- in the end. Awful.

  9. if she (rexy) is renter from same estate as me she also has balance and she doesnt pay to box for week or month. she just come to terminal and fill balance. as i do. and it is logic to withdraw balance that is not used, no? she is offline now to ask if she rents from same estate as me. i also fill usd ballance in linden lab and they dont take money as they wish and i always can withdraw from my linden lab balance to my paypal. undertsand? if you pay to rental box it asks you how you pay - week, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on. in my case i fill balance. i will ask rexy if she means this estate too.

  11. no, my money was not converted in the rental time. it is called -balance-. i just come and put money in terminal and it said - your balance now is blablab. and when renting time is coming they just take money from balance. not smart of course to keep money on balance for them but khe khe i was sure i have deal with serious people. and in fact they are not. i notify them i stop renting and would like to get withdraw from balance. and they say -no no, no refunds!- though it was not payment for some period. but i also suppose i cant complain to linden lab in that case. kinda -my will- and blablab

  13. if you pay for the year - but you cant pay for 2! and they wont just take it from your balance if you unsubscribed from membership. in my case they just take funds from balance i have in this estate. i pay for month. but keep some money in balance. this balance doesnt mean i pay for more i just keep balance and they have no right to use this balance without my acception. and yes it is also called DEPOSIT. looks like these guys have no idea what is deposit.
  14. hehe) same here) only my loss is 33000 and padam! i bought sim from them for 450 usd))) and asking refund me tier i didnt use since i bought sim. what i got? ignoring) they got price of land and rent from me)) maybe it is same estate Rexy?)))) it is pure stealing. i also subrented parcels to renters but since i am store owner and i uderstand money should be paid only for goods that received i always refunded payment if renter decide to leave. it is my risk if i give something for rent. but i am from proud country. ok if they are sooooooooooo poor guys they may take this money for their therapy from greedyness. i do donate money sometimes to people in need.
  15. Rent 1/2 sim from owner. Terms: pay before (week or month), no games taking lindens, no ageplay. Sim is totally clear on the land, no visible neighbours. Adult! Contact me in-world if interested.
  16. GREAT IDEA :smileymad: i try to get sales for just one day. and i cant. I CANT! try to get sales for 30 May, does not allow me get date range 30-30, makes me add 30-31. and then i get transactions for 2 days and i always should click ALL to see all. question - why? is there no other IMPORTANT things to do in LL but making silly changes? silly and useless
  17. +1 - account has not been credited for sells - support ticked was written but Dakota Linden redirected me on this page i keep collecting Orders that show product is sold but money did not come to my account.
  18. well, same here. i tried to send new items through berchant outbox and it even said me it sent successfully fut items stay in outbox and dont appear on site. also redelivery and test delivery dont work. i advice you to change topic name to something kinda "Merchant outbox is broken again"? Maybe then somebody will give some decision

  20. you still need to pay by credit card or convert lindens that means you need to have at least payment info - whatever you need to provide LL with part of your RL info. theme of topic is somehow making merchants to identify themselves as i understand and i gave the examples of required verification for less meaningful benefits of sl but you really can post WHATEVER you want on marketplace just creating alt without any requirements (as i remember you only need to be 7 days old or like that to create store on market)
  21. If somebody wants to have own land in sl - he needs to get premium acc and nobody thinks its unfair. If you want land you get premium, if you want more support - you get premium, if you want uploading mesh - you fill application (simple and stupit but anyway), if you want to visit adult even there you should verify. But if you want post items for sell on official site and get money from other people (which supposes some responsibility at least) - you just go and post! It is unfair - that's what I think.
  22. as old shoppers we know we should check merchant before and blabhblab but i'm sure tons of noobs pay to copybotters and lose thier stuff and money when dmca filled. marketplace is paradise for thieves - here i agree. just once one is blocked he creates new alt and posts same products and you can break your head filling dmca again and again.so i agree - it has to be some verification
  23. you know i also will do it since last time. at least i will have saved convo that all is ok because this time girl said i resent to her broken item though i used marketplace redelivery and she got same item that other customers get. so yes, there is sense to spend some time and make sure they got product and it works. thanks for info)

  25. sure i did. even more - item is enough popular and people ask me often enough about this review and i am tired a bit to explain this girl is noob more than dumb. as i said its not the question. question is what about you? how would you act if customer asks you resend transfer items again and again
