  1. I dont like resellers, I prefer creators. Choosing COPY in perms also could help since creators rarely sell transferable items.
  2. Once i lost 30 000 ld. I was so naive so paid for some months forward hoping that landlord is good person. It was lasting for years, i always kept my balance filled. And when i decided to leave - I warned landowner for 2 months hoping he will refund me at least one. No, lol, they even did not move their a//// to help me though I recently bought full sim from them (i will discover names in private dialog if you want). So better to have deal with LL than to some even well-known landlords. Though... If to say truth once landlord lady with name Babe D/// (owner of O///// estate) refunded me for whole month cos i changed mind to rent sim. I think it is lottery and need to try to collect feedbacks before you rent from somebody. Myself I count every day for renters, if they decide to leave even suddenly - I will refund by request.
  3. I just meant that buying some boxed gatcha you always risk to get empty box and cant complain even because item becomes unlisted after purchase, so nothing to wonder.

  5. Typical for gatcha items. Once i got some like that, good it was around 10 ld or so. Never buy gatcha resell again.

  10. I noticed that transaction history info messed. I keep sales in excel files and recently found that info about Recipients is wrong. Pics are showing my excel and marketplace transaction history with same order number. Recent purchases of this person looks like he bought one item many times for himself (he just made gifts to many people in fact). It is total mess and people ask me to redeliver things they got as a gift but i dont have transaction info.
  11. I make animations myself and even if they are crap - it is my art and i dont force people to buy my things. First of all i offer to try it out and i got for this whole sim. Just to rezz there demos. Customer should be responsible for his actions too. And many customers are. And me too. If i buy thing without demo and i dont like it - i think it is my fault because i was lazy to check it out. I dont run to write kinda "i dont like it" because i have brains. I read many reviews on marketplace and almost all bad reviews are silly. Not silly even - s.t.u.p.i.d. I always flag them even for another seller. Btw you can know if animations are good or no only if you try demo. If you dont but only read reviews and believe one bad from 10 good... Well... LOL.
  12. What for me I think that bad review for products that can be checked before purchase (demo in-world or mp) has 2 reasons - hate or trying to get money back. My 10 years merchant experience proves that.
  13. Reason to buy thing that has demo not trying demo before and after complain animations are not what expected? it is kinda I buy dress online hoping that it will look same as on model and after complain that it does not fits as i expected. Sure it is silly.

  15. Pamela, JIRA does not work for me unfortunately. I believe feature should be turned off until fixed. Great if your customers read picks and FAQ! 😁
  16. Recently i dont get reviews removed even if i flag them and even if they are kinda "animations could be better......." so it looks like i reached limit for deleting silly reviews. And yes, it is not about money. It is an insult of your work because it is art work. Something like they come to Mona Lisa, look at it and leave 1-3 stars saying pffft, it could look better, it is not what i expected, it is not in red texture so pffft.
  17. 😒Guys, i am pretty annoyed by customers who ask me to redeliver things they did not buy. It happens this way: they look my store, page with listing they bought before. It shows them blue line above listing with date when they bought item. When they click another page (from Related items) - this silly window still appears and says they bought this item too. They start asking me to redeliver it and it is really annoying to explain the same thing to many people every day. Some even get angry because they think i dont want to redeliver things to them (they dont even care it does not appear in their orders). Not really fun. Why Lindens launch features not really testing them?
  18. It is nice when someone teaches you how to run own business lol. Making new item with just a few changes, setting new name and new price - oh yeah, it is respect to customer. People need to buy almost same item paying full price. And yes, no any respect to customer to offer update paying price difference. Many people use my offer to update this way. I set low price for new product and updating it for money. Or i set price that includes all updates and send updates for free. It is totally my business how to offer products. Many here say me how to adopt to existing feature that LL made but dont want to understand this feature limits freedom of seller. Well I am glad LL is listening and going to work with it.
  19. I found Jira on this point but cant comment it with my offer. I think there is no reason to create new one? But i totally agree with Grumpity Linden. Personally for me would be MEGA great - per-listing basis. I offer free updates for some items. Some - no. And I am able to fill requests to update in-world manually. Also I would love if people have chance to do redeliver themselves for items that I update for free.
  20. Feature is crude and should not be represented like that. At least there should be choice for merchant since it is his problem to redeliver items. I already got email for redelivery items from people who bought version 2 for 200 ld and now there is 4.5 for 500 with new scripts which i paid big money to create customized for me. Thanks LL.
  21. It is not new item. It has same name, same idea, but v4-5-6....etc. I am not obligated by TOS to create new listing on update and yes, to version 10 after many years it has more quality, more content, more improvements and yes, it costs more just because it is tons of work. And it is pity that LL before does - after thinks. File JIRA? Yeah, i think after some years they add something new.
  22. I dont promise free updates since it is new animations there, meshes, new scripts. People need to pay price difference and it is terms of my service. Customer pays for actual items, updates are not free. But they are now. So guys pay now full price and people who paid before less gonna get same item.
