Attended my first breakfast so I feel like I can post here now. *waves* I'm sunburned and sore from repairing a fence Saturday, so I hope everyone is having a better Monday than me.

If you purchased these shapes recently make sure they don't say "bento". Bento shapes are made for specific heads and will look odd without them. Make a copy of the shape and adjust the sliders like Angeco recommended or find a shape that is made for system heads or make your own.

Cheers for figuring it out! My "go to" for appliers is Sn@tch as they are reasonably priced with tons of colors and varying styles. They are Omega so you will need the Omega relay for Maitreya if you don't already have it. Super cute avi, btw! I'm a sock gal myself, both in SL and RL.
