Yeah the first thing I did when I got mine was to make a backup of the shape and start tinkering - I got it to a decent place but might come back to it later on.

Today he's looking orange...and maybe a little more confident after winning this past weekend. The RL schedule looks good for getting in another race this weekend so the morning has been spent preparing.

Well it looks fabulous so far, if you stopped there I don't think anyone would complain. Great job!

Went racing earlier; spending a quiet evening at the marina now. Sunday actually turned out pretty good.

Yep - had the right settings.

All set and ready to go - we'll see in about an hour if I've made the right choices with the car. Hoping to at least be competitive this time after computer problems left me in the dust last time.

The schedule looks like it might hold for making the race this afternoon; going over the data one more time with the mechanic.

I hadn't heard about the update myself until I saw your post here, so thanks for the heads-up. (pun intended) I liked the look of it before, but my av always seemed so serious all the time - and my friends will tell you I'm usually just the opposite. Now he's looking like he's finally managed to lighten up a little.

You kids with your fancy 3D worlds. In MY day, we launched GTA from a DOS prompt, playing it from a top-down 2D perspective. And we LIKED it.

It was the boots, wasn't it - they were over the maximum boot height requirement.

The weekend schedule has changed somewhat (because RL is so unpredictable), and it's looking like I might be racing Sunday instead of Saturday, so rather than heading to the track it seemed like a good "casual day at home" type of Friday.

Today, my av is looking speedy. Schedule for the week is looking like it might allow for a Saturday race, so it's best to prepare early.

Today I'm looking like it's time to relax. Been redecorating the home parcel the last few days; there's a little racetrack not far from where I live in RL, and most of the drivers that race there run their operations out of a regular old garage on their property. I figured it was time to downsize from the big, professional looking garage and go with something more reflective of your average local short track racer. Not to mention downsizing to smaller buildings also opens up the property a bit more - all the open space makes it look bigger than it really is.
