It's business casual today, hanging out by the garage while one of my racing friends (fresh off her championship win last night) visits to ask me about putting together a new paint scheme for one of her cars.

Nice job You always post some of the most adorable looks. Where'd the tail come from, by the way? One of my friends wears bunny ears all the time and I think she'd LOVE the tail.

I've come across this issue on some of the male heads/bodies - even when using the same skin. I'm not sure if it's something to do with shading or what. I've yet to find a good solution.

I went premium because I wanted a mainland spot along the roadside somewhere. I just wanted to put down roots, be part of the "world", and have a place for my friends to come hang out at. Years ago, when I was a non-premium member and a homeless drifter in SL, my friends had an entire private sim of their own and always made me feel like I had a place to be, so in a lot of ways this is just me returning the favor for the ones who are still around.

Today, he's looking lazy. But it's Friday, so that's just fine.

Just spending a lazy day at the home parcel with a friend who dropped by. She's already in the Halloween spirit. My place is along the road at the north edge of Fivepenny, and people are always welcome to drop by even if I'm not around. It's pretty much intended to be a public hangout spot.

That's okay, because with one eye covered up and the other...well, completely lacking a pupil...I probably won't see them either.

And since some of you aren't ready for winter, I decided to apologize for my snowy picture from yesterday by going to a beach.

Somehow I don't think the ladies here are going to mind Good job w/ the pic by the way. I can definitely say I don't have an eye for editing and making photos look good - I'll crop them and that's about it.

I didn't find a dance floor, but I did find snow. Lots of snow.

Round 2 of updating my old avatar. While I was out walking the dog last night, I got the crazy idea to make him look a little bit older, since he was the older avatar. That would also serve the purpose of even further differentiating the two avatars. Now I'm at the point where I'm promising I'm going to stop myself. No more. This is it. Hey, that's a nice shirt...NO! Don't!

I went AFK for a bit and suddenly sitting around got a lot busier.

So I'm pretty happy with where Donovan is at right now, so today I decided to go with some budget upgrades for my original avatar, who spends most of his time hanging around my parcel acting as a very annoying chatbot for my friends. He's been neglected for so many years, falling into disuse after Donovan became my primary and had all the friends, all the neat stuff, all the newer items, etc. I figured the least I could do was clean him up a bit. And while I was at it, I went with a slightly different style, because why not? I went with a basic Catwa head (Justin) with a blink add-on. No need for Bento price for an alt. 7DS for the skin, and Nardcotix for the mesh body (inexpensive option that included hands/feet), and Stealthic for the hair. Also grabbed a little mesh beard add-on somewhere because I never do facial hair with Donovan.
