Guests are all the other users who they havent logged in this moment in their accounts but also they are here. I explain. You are a member here, right? If this moment you sign out, but you continue to open pages, to read forums, the system count you as a guest. Thats the difference bewteen members and guests for the system.

Hello Markie! You need to get an age verification. Open your dashboard (profile in www.secondlife.com) --> by the left choose Account --> Age Verification --> fill up the form there --> Submit. You can use your ID, passport or driving licence. I underline that sometimes you dont get the Age Verification immidiately. Needs some time, so have patience. After that in world (Advanced Mode) in Viewer 2, give the command: Menu Me --> Preferences --> General Tab --> choose "I want to access content rated --> General, Moderate, Adult --> OK

I admit that Phoenix has important advantages instead of V2 like radar or easier way to build (i consider is futile / unnecessary to report this moment more) but i learnt to play with V2, i loved it and now i cant stand without it, like you (often i am online with Phoenix most to check out the commands/menus and features).

Hello lovelylilo. At first if you loged in in basic mode with Viewer 2, you need to relog in Advanced mode. You can find your purchases in the second tab of your inventory and if you reloged in the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory. Its possible some of your purchases if not all, to need unpacking. So you need to go at a region where you have rights for rezz but better more to go to a Sandbox for that. Fermi Sandbox is a place which i recommend. There you drag the objects/items on the ground --> Open --> Copy to inventory --> right click on them (one by one - you see them now at recent tab) --> Wear. You repeat the same process for the rest purchases. Let us know if you need some help.

Hello Gunther. As you said you were for long time offline. Also your month payment to the owner was cancelled. You didint pay for the land, you lost the land and now it was rented to other tenant if i understood right. When we rent a land really no difference if we use it 24/7 or not at all. We have to pay the tier before our last payment period expires. If you need my opinion she did very well when she got back the land for as much as you didint pay her but she had to pay someone else. About your stuff now, if you had your own stuff there, it was returned to you and you can find it in your Lost and Found folder in your inventory.

About your purchases now open your 2nd tab in your inventory called Recent. Your items must to be there. If you dont see your purchases there, open your dashboard --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> by the left Order History and check there if your purchases delivered. If they were delivered, take a copy --> create a new notecard --> paste them there --> send the notecard to the merchant explaining what was happened and asking politely for redelivery. We have usual problems with deliveries by Marketplace last days so the merchants are informed about. Good luck.

I fully agree with you Naerose, i dont like the new web profiles too but i compromised with them as a fan of Viewer 2. It's really annoyable to have to check a profile and to cover almost all your monitor, plus the delay to open sometimes, but we cant do something different. :robotsad:

I will add just 2 things to what very correctly Peewee and Ceera suggested. If you havent a program for pictures editing, you open the picture in the world and you use the command "Print Screen" by your keyboard. After that you open a simple program for pictures like Microsoft Paint and you past the pic there. Finally you save as the pictures with one of the following extensions: a).jgp, b).png, c).gif, because Viewer 2 doesnt allow to upload a pic with the extension .tga. The last step, having now the pic in your hard disk is to open your web profile and upload the picture. About the solution to use the older Viewer 1.23 to use directly from your inventory i have to say that, when you have already upgrated to Viewer 2 and you back to login in Viewer 1.23, according LL you'll see the new 2.0 system folders (like Current Outfit and My Outfits) added to your inventory. This change is irreversible, because we're going forward beyond Viewer 2.0 and being able to delete them would cause complications. So with few words you will have 2 times all the system folders. Just have that in your mind.
